Peaceful serene environment

I had a fantastic stay at Le Candles Resort! The staff was friendly and helpful, addressing all our queries with a cooperative attitude. The resort maintained the natural beauty of the area impeccably, creating a serene atmosphere. The rooms were clean, and the restaurant served delicious food. Can't wait to visit again soon!

The perfect romantic spot for a weekend getaway

The place exceeded my expectations, from the minute we stepped in to the property. The staff were very courteous and the facilities were amazing. They served amazing breakfast and we also got to experience live fishing in the property.

Phone calls to the property were unanswered at times.

1. Bugs in the bathroom - adding a simple mosquito net on the vents could be a remedy 2. Not accessibility/senior friendly - the paving in the areas between the Rooms and Restaurants was very hard to walk

Beautiful, natural and scenic with a good pool and the friendliest and accomodating staff.

Toilet windows are not screened leading to many insects inside the toilets.

wonderful staff, food in the restaurant was excellent, the breakfast had a lot of great choices (ideal for vegetarians and vegans) very fresh, healthy dishes. perfect location for the University. For non Indians or even for Indians on holiday the hotel runs excursions and can organize events for groups and individual travelers. Very safe in a nice part of Kerala.

The resort is beautiful.

1. The room was not soundproof. Constant noise from outside was there. 2. No hot water in the shower. 3. Insects were there in the room and lizards in the bathroom. 4. The food spread is very limited and not of great taste.

The ambience of the resort was very good. The staffs were also welcoming. I went to celebrate my son and husband's birthday and they arranged cake as per my requirement and was able to make some cherished moments..The scenic beauty is mindblowing..Very place for a weekend getaway
