THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST! Thought there would be breakfast in the morning since they say its a bed and breakfast Also had to pay extra fees for “bed levy” which was not stated on my quote. I don’t even understand what that is

Exceptional

Situated in a quiet, safe suburb. The hostess was amazing. The room was excellent value for money with some extras such as a desk, TV, kettle and coffee, shampoo etc. Lovely spacious room. I can highly recommend it.

Will not be staying here again. Not value for money

Location was not in the best area. Although I requested Bed and Breakfast, you have to pay for breakfast. It was also not the best. Parking space is very small. Our pickup just just fitted. Wifi was very slow, basically un-useable. Aircon in the one room did not work

Warm and welcoming, exceptional value for money and a great place to be based for a much longer stay

As soon as my family and I arrived after a long and tiring journey we were greeted to this family hotel with a smile and courtesy. Our room looked out onto the pool and my children took to the water immediately. We were made to feel like part of the family. the facilities were amazing, an enormous kitchen if you want to cook, lapa with a braai area, safe secure area of town. I annot belive the value for money!!!!

There was nothing we didn't like. A small electrical problem on Saturday evening after a deluge of rain was fixed quickly. That was only on one circuit

Good hospitality, quiet location

Staff were friendly. The place was quiet and secure.

The location is on the edge of town. If you have your own car, no problem. If not, it's a little bit tricky to get a taxi into town (have to wait roadside and not guaranteed you will get the right price, which is 8 pula per seat in a shared ride).

Helpful staff and the room was large and very clean. The pricing is also very good! Very good wifi and aircon, hot water, small fridge, comfortable bed. It's in a quiet neighborhood which is great. Some take outs will deliver also, so no need to go out after a long day travelling.

The place was clean and not too difficult to find, linen was clean

When booking I requested the option for a double bed a 2 single beds, on arrival we were presented with a double bed and 1 single beds, but this was rectified after check-in

Loved it!

The pool was good, the location was awesome. The staff was really welcoming and the facilities were good.

No breakfast, this was unfortunate as the last time I stayed there breakfast was an option.

Very good

I liked the hostess, Gladness and her attention to detail and helping me travel outside the country! The pool and outdoor lounge area was refreshing and the room was cooled nicely by AC and the kitchen was accessible and breakfasts were tasty!
