Mayte - gospodyni pozwoliła Nam zostać nieco dłużej ostatniego dnia co bardzo ułatwiło Nam pobyt.

centrum miasta liczne restauracje w pobliżu.

Zapewnić większe opakowania żelu pod prysznic i szamponu.

Amazing!!!

The place is perfect. In the heart of Alicante, next to everything-bars, restaurants, supermarket, beach. The place is very clean and well furnished. All you need is this place.

Pese a todo, repetiríamos

Espacio muy agradable, en una ubicación excepcional, a mano de todo.

El viernes dormimos a gustísimo y sin problemas de ruido, pero el sábado hubo bastante ruido callejero hasta las dos o tres de la mañana, por pubs cercanos (no justo debajo). Repetiríamos el alojamiento, porque en sí está muy muy bien y la ubicación es excelente, pero creo que es bueno saberlo.

Bekvämt och bra boende mitt i stan.

Det är en fin lägenhet/studio. Den består av ett stort rum med allt i ett samt ett rymligt badrum. Allt är väldigt fräscht och välskött. Läget är suveränt i den äldsta delen av staden med korta gångavstånd till det mesta.

Det allra mesta är bra och stämmer väl överens med beskrivningarna. Läget är mycket bra som jag skriver ovan men här kan ändå behöva nämnas att det i kvarteren runtomkring ligger ganska många nattbarer och klubbar så natt till lördag och söndag kan det bli en del fest-ljud från gatan. Glatt och trevligt men det låter.

La ubicación fue muy buena. La cama muy cómoda.

El ruido en los alrededores al estar en pleno centro.

Wszystko było O.K.

Ewentualnie hałasy na ulicy.Ale lokalizacja była w centrum i trzeba się z tym liczyć.Dobrze wygłuszone okna i rolety minimalizowały tę niedogodność.

Attractive, modern studio in a good location

Quite large, smart, clean, recently built first-floor studio flat with small kitchenette, good bed and very nice, big bathroom. Attractive entrance off a narrow street adjoining Alicante cathedral, at the heart of the Old Town. Well sited for the airport bus-stop

More extensive kitchen & dining equipment would have been nice.

Best 5 days in Alicante so far .

Absolutely everything. Clean , quiet , fancy place . It’s in a busy area but the ap is soundproof I’m a light sleeper no issues at all . So close to the beach , restaurants , shops , very modern building and ap.Mayte is such a lovely host . Best ap I’ve been to in Alicante ( I go there every year ) . I hope next year I get to go again to this one again . I was going in July as well but my fathers gonna have surgery the 5th eventually . 😭

There was nothing I didn’t like totally the opposite I loved it ! . With a small dishwasher the ap would be an 11 😉

It's no absolute need, but it would be nice, if there would be detergent for the washing machine and shower gel/shampoo available.

Very close to the city centre, good access to all the attractions, restaurants and bars. Extremely cozy and clean, with all the facilities.

Nice stay, but failure to provide a couple of wine glasses for guests is an own goal

Lovely, and comfortable!

The property was lovely and easy to access , great location to local attractions and tram.

The light from the streets are quite bright at night. Maybe some kind of shade so the room is dark at night.

Light sleeper might want to invest into some earplugs, it can get noisy

Superb

location was perfect in the heart of old town. beach is near and so are reataurants. Room was clean and spacious and there were all you need for litle cooking. Everything went well with the owner and she gave us information about Alicante and restaurants/bars.

In the weekends it’s a bit loud, if you are light sleeper that might efect. also there is no balcony and windows are facing other building.

Amazing stay!

Property was super clean. Located best place for night out to enjoy. Beach was 5min walking distance. Owner was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Fabulous

Very comfortable bed and stylishly furnished apartment. And great location is worth to mention... Alicante is great especially for 3-4 days long holidays.

Unfortunately we had to wait for the host almost half an hour (!) in front of the bulding door (!) to check in. Despite the fact we arrived exactly the time which we announced. It was unpleasent begin of very nice holiday.
