Location wonderful. Very comfy

Shower dial was hard to turn on. No spare blanket, was a little cold.

Adequate but nothing to rave about

Spacious and well equipped kitchen lounge and patio

2nd bedroom cramped for bags etc, toilet & bathroom extremely small, difficult for our disabled person, doorways narrow, locks front and back archaic, driveway poorly maintained

Good location next to cycleway. Restaurants nearby. Old building but interior nicely done up and presented.

Information on how to access keys for property did not arrive in my e-mail box until 7am the morning after we arrived at property. Had to contact Bachbreak on 64 6 758 4696 an hour before arrival on the 3rd April to get code and location for key box. They were initially reluctant to provide and insisted I connect back through Booking.com ap to get info. After some discussion and suitable identification they provided the access code over the phone..

I liked the location by the coastal walkway and the sea view of sorts.

It looked like a dodgey 60s unit from the outside. Very small. Thank God things improved with the kitchen/lounge and garden and location. Flat batteries, bulbs not working. It would have been ok but $267 a night????? Way too much.

Great location. Quiet and boardwalk just over the road. Comfy bed.

I couldn't find a toaster. Would have been good to have one for a quick breakfast.

Shower wasn't the best.Water pressure.But bath made up for it

Don't judge a book by it's cover - It's awesome inside and the location is fantastic!

The location could hardly be better. Perfect walking distance into town. Right on the costal walkway with cafe / eating options in both directions. Easy distance to Puke Ariki and the beaches. It had Air Con which was very useful in the heat. Nice outdoor space. Has a nice little view of the ocean from the deck and the kitchen. Love the big folding doors and windows in the kitchen, giving awesome outdoor indoor flow!

The main bed was quite hard and very squeaky when someone rolled over. There is no BBQ even though there is a fantastic spot for one and great outdoor furniture. The garden needed a bit of weeding.

Close to coastal walkway, cafes etc. Nice to get a view of the sea.

Garden gate rattled and swung around in the wind. Latch pin isn't long enough and the hole in the brick is ground out too big.
