About this villa rental
All inclusive fee is not required but highly recommended if you want to take advantage of all the fabulous restaurants, bars, and amazing buffets. You won't regret it. You will pay me the quoted amount for your stay, and when you arrive at the resort, you will pay the All-inclusive fee based upon the number of people arriving. (Fee is $95-110 per day per adult depending on time of year, and 50% off for children 3-11)

Your Vacation to a private Villa which will include a Chef to cook your breakfast, and 12 All-Inclusive restaurants to choose from.

Our All-Inclusive rate includes all your meals, beverages including unlimited alcohol and a multitude of other amenities including:
• Direct access to five spectacular beaches, Serenity Beach, Harmony Beach, Lifestlye Beach, VIP Beach, and NV Beach.
• Your own PRIVATE swimming pool, in addition to the resort's Huge pools that include exclusive Kids Pool areas.
• Breakfast cooked-to-order by your very own cook
• Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator stocked with bottled water, soft drinks, juices and beer; wine and your choice of liquor delivered to your Villa.
• 24 hour food and beverages services to your Villa.
• Satellite or Cable Televisions with VCR/DVD/CD and Video/Audio Library
• VIP Round Trip Van transportation from and to either the Puerto Plata Airport (POP) or the Santiago Airport (STI) included.
• Privileged use of all restaurants, bars and facilities at the Resort (V.I.P areas and services exclusive for Members)
• 24-hour food and beverages available in select locations
• All meals – access to breakfast, lunch and dinner in any of our restaurants on property (some restaurants require advance
reservations)

• 9 All Guest restaurants for a la carte dining (Reservations may be required)
