Enjoyable quiet stay for a solo traveller.

Location was great in a quiet neighbourhood close to the station and super easy to go into Shibuya. Very clear and easy instructions provided from closest station to property.

Narrow staircase so be aware if you have a big suitcase.

壁が薄い

設備がキレイ。清潔感がある。駅が近い。

部屋がトイレの真横にあったため、夜中にトイレの音がするたびに起きてしまった。おかげで睡眠不足になった。壁が薄く隣の部屋のカーテンを引く音が普通に聞こえるくらい。

I had a great experience at this simple accommodation

Great location, great access to public transport (only a couple minutes walk from a train station, and only a few stops from shibuya station), self check in was convenient, cleaning staff were lovely.

The price was a little high for the size of the room/overall experience, you’d mostly use it to keep your items and sleep rather than spend time in it, but you’re paying for location!

個室。広々とした浴室がある。洗濯機が無料で使える。冷蔵庫内が部屋ごとに仕切られている。

シーツがケバだっていて、肌さわりが良くない。

あの値段だともう泊まれないな。

清潔感があり、静かで、しかも駅まで近くてそれはよかった。

まぁ狭いのは仕方ないけど、布団もう少し何とかならなかったかなとは思う。タオルケットか毛布が欲しかった。あの便利さと、あの清潔感があるとしても、料金高い、。

Can’t wait to return

The place are nice and clean you got what you paid for, The main living room and bathroom are great and staff was promptly explain everything via msg super close to the station and convenient store, lovely neighborhood of Setagaya, Free laundry!even the room are small but a lot of storage, Worth the money

When other move luggage up and down can be noisy sometime but hey they do provide earplugs!

Nothing. Everything previous reviewers complained seems to have been well taken care of. There is absolutely nothing I didn’t like about this property.

Convenient but sweaty.

The location is convenient to fast food and restaurants, and near the DT line which was great.

The AC was set to energy save and the first night I just sweated and didn’t sleep well at all. If you don’t read any Japanese, then you’d never know how to fix it. The second night I found out how to turn off energy saver and I was able to keep my room cool in the hot Tokyo summer night. There needs to be a very clear breakdown/translation of how to use the AC remote in plain sight.

Exceptional

The room is tiny but clean. Everything meets my expectations. The management team is communicative. It’s close to restaurants, McDonald’s, KFC, and Starbucks . The advantage is we can use the kitchen to cook and do laundry. I booked this place as it’s within the walking distance to my family’s house.

Very good

The location was good, not in the city centre but close to Shibuya, so it was easy to travel around. The room was small but nice, just what I expected. Everything was clean, and there was only 3 rooms/floor so I never had to wait for the bathroom.

The room smelled a little. Also the walls are very thin so if someone is loud you could hear them, but since there are only 3 rooms/ floor it's not very likely.
