Set on the last floor of a 3-storey halftimbered building (not fitted with a lift), this 38 m2 duplex apartment, naturally well lit, looks on to a court yard and enjoys very tranquil surroundings.

The flat can host up to 4 people and offers self-catering commodation :
- a brand new bathroom with a walk-in shower, free toiletries and a hair dryer.
- a cosy living room furnished with a comfortable convertible sofa-bed and a flat-screen TV, a safe, a cot,
- free internet and wifi, TV channels from fibre optic connection, free NETFLIX,
- a kitchen open onto the dining room and fitted with convenient amenities.
- a washing machine and ironing facilities.
Upstairs can be found a air-conditioned bedroom, furnished with a double bed.

Coeur de Rouen is located in Orbe Street, within walking distance from the popular landmarks of the historic city and main public transport (Métro, busses, Tram, the Fast Line).
This will allow you to get to all the interesting places in Rouen easily (Zénith, Technopole, Business Centre of Vatine, the
Docks, the universities,...).
The place is within easy reach of the CHU, the Town Hall, the Conservatoire, the Gros Horloge, The Croix de Pierre, the Saint Marc place and the Cathedral of ROUEN. The Art Theatre is only 4 métro stations away.
