With its proximity to the lake (2 km), skiing area (1 km), river (600 m), and surrounded by the countryside, this vacation rental provides an ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts. Amenities include a swimming pool, yard, parking facilities, and the option for an installment plan.
Outdoors
The residence boasts a shared park with lush greenery, including plants and trees, providing a serene and natural environment. Guests can enjoy the heated swimming pool (10 x 8 m) during the seasonal availability from June 25th to September 2nd. Additionally, there is a boccia court and a children's playground, ensuring enjoyment for all ages.

The complex offers a range of convenient facilities, including a reception area, lounge with TV, internet access, sauna (extra charge), relaxation room, table tennis, billiard table, playroom, table football, central heating system, washing machine, and tumble dryer (shared use, extra charge). Bicycle rental is also available on-site. A bread roll service is provided for guests' convenience, and a grocery store (600 m) and restaurant (800 m) are located nearby.
Distances and Attractions
Situated near various attractions, the residence offers easy access to the railway station "Clermont-Ferrand" (20 km), the park "L'enclos de tibou," and the lake des Hermines (800 m). Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy a riding stable (2 km), sports center (600 m), cable car, gondola lift, ski sport facilities, slopes, ski school (800 m), and a sled run (200 m). Nearby attractions include the city of Clermont-Ferrand (20 km) and the well-known ski regions of Super Besse and Grand Sancy. The lake des Hermines (2 km) and hiking trails, such as GR 4, are also within close proximity. Please note that a car is recommended for this car-free holiday complex. Fishing is available with a permit.

Unit Layout
A 2-room apartment with a total area of 30 square meters, consisting of a living/dining room and one bedroom. The living/dining room is furnished with a double sofabed (measuring 2 x 90 cm) and a flat-screen TV. The bedroom has two sleeping facilities. The apartment also includes a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a grill, and an electric coffee machine.

The apartment offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It features a bathroom, a separate toilet, and heating. Additionally, there is a terrace and reserved parking. Pets are welcome, with a limit of one small pet or dog allowed. For safety, a smoke alarm is installed.
Other Information
The final cleaning is the responsibility of the guests, as basic cleaning is expected to be carried out by them. However, please note that this apartment is suitable for families, making it an excellent choice for a family vacation.
