This property is beautifully maintained. Location is excellent with beautiful beach front views. We will definitely be visiting again.

It was everything we expected it to be. The condo was nice and a great location. We loved our stay. If I was to complain about anything, it would be the dryer not working. We couldn't close the door. We were there for just a few days so it wasn'ta real issue. Fyi, I had already read about these complaints. I did not contact the host because it really wasn't a big deal to us. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable.

The host was great from the beginning to the end. All communication was timely and all questions answered anytime I emailed prior to the stay. The host sent instructions for check in which made things very smooth. The condo was exactly as described with beautiful views of the water. The location is great with access to the beach and bay for additional activities. Highly recommend this condo and host

The pictures do NOT do this place justice. Our jaws were on the floor when we walked in. I knew from previous reviews and communication with the owner that they are in the process of updating the condo, but honestly the dryer was the only think that was tricky, and the owner responded right away with help. The master suite was a DREAM! The bed was very comfortable and we found extra blankets and comforters in the closet. Other reviews complained about the second bedroom bed not even being sleepable, but I had 2 teens who passed out every night with no problem. We did have a sleeper couch if needed, but the boys said the bed was great. The ONLY small, teeny tiny bummer was the door from the second bedroom to the patio didn’t open. But the owner had it marked very clear and professional not to open the door. The boys didn’t mind as the entire living room opened to the patio. We had board games and books already in the condo, which was perfect on those days we spent too much time in the sun. This resort was perfect for us bringing teens to and giving them some freedom while my husband and I got to relax. The owner was so quick to respond and made sure our stay was going well. We can’t wait to come back next year and see what updates they’ve made to place. We’ve definitely found our yearly vacation spot. THANK YOU SO MUCH for this amazing stay.

Great property, great location, everyone was friendly!

Great Condo, as advertised. The only reasons I marked down on cleanliness were the lack of dish soap, some leftover possessions from previous tenants in the master bath under the sink that should have been found and disposed of before we entered, and the Dryer (which needs to be replaced and was very hard to get working). But with all that being said, if I travel back to Pensacola Beach, I would definitely rent the condo again.

Great place. Would like to move there! Clean. Property employees are very friendly.
