We had the best time during our stay. The condo was perfect for our family! Its was cozy, comfortable, and accommodating. Beth was the perfect host! The communication was great. I will definitely be booking our trip next year with Beth! We can’t wait.

Nice condo in a quite Neiborhood. Fun pool steps away. Fastest ice machine in the South! Everything is close on St Simon.

This property was an ideal location for us to visit both family who live on SSI and family who vacationed on SSI. A great feature is that the bedrooms upstairs are both master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and we loved the "junk drawer" with odds and ends one could need for minor maintenance like screwdrivers, etc. Communication with the property manager was excellent. She responded quickly to text messages, and we were able to check in early as the property was cleaned and prepared for our visit early.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay on St. Simons. Beth was a very responsive host and took care of any needs that we had. We were greeted with fresh cookies upon check-in which was a surprise. Will definitely be back in the future!

We really appreciated how easy it was to o make ourselves at home at St. Simon's Island. Everything advertised was provided including beach chairs, boogie boards and other toys and games. Although we did not utilize the bicycles. We loved knowing that given more time and less commitments, a lovely bicycle ride would be greatly appreciated.

This condo was clean, convenient, cozy, and comfortable! The host was responsive and helpful. The condo was spic-and-span clean, and well-stocked. It's conveniently located to a wide variety of quality restaurants, activities, stores, historic sites, and beaches. The pool is well maintained and neighbors are so friendly! There are plenty of safe walking/biking trails available. We can't wait to go back!

Very good, I did not realize bedrooms were up steep stairs, had recent knee replacement so that was hard. But it is a nice place & relaxing.

Looked nice at first blush. Then found dirt and crumbs in silverware drawer. Food running down front of microwave. Promised a grill but the grill was old, filthy and basically unusable. My husband mistook washcloths for cleaning rags because they LOOKED like old cleaning rags. Mold on a shower curtain. Lighting was so low in every room…even with dimmers pushed way up..that you could not see to read or do anything unless you carried an extra lamp in from a bedroom. The old rug on the little patio was ripped in many places. It would take so little work and a very small investment to make this place wonderful instead of a sad disappointment. I will say that Beth was wonderful to deal with. We did not complain to her because it was what it was, but for the amount of rent we paid we expected better.

In summary - excellent! Beth is a true Superhost. Her place was clean, homey, comfortable, well stocked and well taken care of. Her attentiveness to our needs during the stay was far above other experiences I have had at vacation rentals. We’d definitely stay with her again if we visit St. Simon Island.

Loved it!
This condo was the perfect size for our family of four. Very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed walking in the mornings. Very short driving distance to everything. Had to cut our vacation short due to an emergency, but the owner was very understanding and helpful. I will definitely be booking this condo again.

An adorable house in a beautiful neighborhood, with every amenity you need. Beth was a very attentive host, making sure everything was perfect. I recommend anyone wanting a clean, comfortable place in a good location to consider staying here. Hopefully we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay, convenient location to beach. Bicycles were a nice amenity. Bicycle paths easy and convenient to get anyplace on the Island. Plenty of room in the condo for a much larger group, but ar enjoyed the space.

Cycling the Island
Great location to village and beach. St. Simons is a cycling community,. Very easy to get around the island by bike. People are very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic stay!
We were in town for a 90th birthday party and this was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was perfect and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely stay here again if possible. Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect Thanksgiving get away
This was hands down a perfect vacation condo. The dual master was perfect for our family. Everything is provided including extra trash bags, TP, paper towels etc. We are looking forward to spending time here again soon and really appreciated the cold water to drink and the delicious sweets upon arrival.

Feast of Tabernacles 2020
Wonderful place. My family of 4 & our dog were very happy with the condo. My 7yo loved the twin beds on the enclosed porch and play area. My 16yo daughter loved having the 2nd master suite. We even had enough room to entertain family friends for dinner. Comfortable, spacious, quiet, and the owners were a pleasure to deal with and had quick, courteous responses to any questions. They even left us a delicious dessert and bottled waters for check in after our long drive. Friendly neighborhood. Great area to walk our dog, complete with clean up stations. The whole area had touch and go cell service. So if you have to make important calls, plan accordingly. If we ever revisit the area, we would definitely love to stay at this condo again.

Perfect Getaway Home
My mother and I chose this home for our place to stay while coming to St Simons for my niece’s beach wedding. It was a perfect home for us! Super clean, cozy, offered an easy check-in/check-out process, and the location couldn’t be beat for our needs. We were greeted with homemade treats and cold, bottled waters. It had everything we needed. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to choose this home for our visit!

Wonderful quiet condo area! Beth responded quickly to questions. The kitchen was well equipped and cleaning supplies provided! Disappointed the pool wasn’t open (stupid COVID). Our niece visited one afternoon and the little ones enjoyed the toys in sunroom closet. This condo and trip exceeded our needs and was very affordable! Thank you!

Perfect place to relax
We enjoyed our stay greatly. Enough room for everyone. Perfect location, everything is just a bike ride away. Loved top deck a lot. Communication with Beth Was always extremely pleasant. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great Property
This was a very good experience. We really enjoyed the condo and the price was good for a property in a community a short distance from the main St Simon business area. The owner paid a lot of attention to detail resulting in a very usable and attractive condo. She responded quickly to any questions we asked. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to be in a quieter area of the island.

The condo was great. The only problem is that you don't know the address until you book so you don't know how far from the beach you are. Everything else was wonderful!

Cozy and Comfortable Condo
The condo was even nicer this year than last year. Owner updated the sofa and the carpets, which made the unit very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay in this location.

Lots of space, great location
This property had lots of space, was extremely comfortable, came well stocked with any supplies you might need, and had the most accommodating owner we have ever worked with at a VRBO rental. Huge TV in the living room and TVs in each bedroom which is a must for us. WiFi signal was strong. St. Simons is a great place to ride bikes and this property comes with bicycles! The location is awesome for both on and off the island as well as close to restaurants and only a couple miles to the beach. Thanks again Beth for sharing your condo with us!
