My sister and I stayed for one night only but wished we had more time. The location and the space were both perfect for our one night get-away. Wineries and Enchanted Rock were the attractions for us.

Great location, clean and well-kept. Management was easy to work with and handled everything wonderfully.

My friend and I met in Fredricksburg for a bit of girl time. We absolutely loved our stay. This adorable apartment is decorated so beautifully and had just the perfect touch throughout.

Super cute place. It was a bit noisy, but has nothing to do with the property. It was very cute and clean and we had a great time!

Perfect location, dog friendly and super cute! Only downsides were it was a little dirty and dusty (especially for the price) and the windows are very old and any noise comes right through them (18 wheelers and loud trucks passing by every few minutes).

This property is in a great location in Fredericksburg. We were able to walk to everything in town and our drives in and out of Fredericksburg were easy too. The old building and limestone is beautiful as was the artwork hung in the unit. If you have difficulty with stairs and walking, this is not the place for you. It is rather noisy due to being right on Main Street with lots of trucks driving through town at all hours of the night/morning. Also, the church bells can be heard in the main bedroom in the early morning (6 am!). We would have liked a few empty drawers in the bedrooms for use as well as some nicer quality hangers in the main bedroom closet. We prefer not working out of our suitcases when we travel, but it may be no big deal to some travelers. We did not use the kitchen for much other than making coffee, heating up food in the microwave, and drinking some wine. It seemed to be pretty well equipped. There was an issue with the kitchen sink faucet - very low pressure and no hot water. We reported this to the host/manager and they were very thankful we did so. The bathroom is small and lighting is poor, so ladies bring your make up mirrors. Tissues would have been appreciated too. Tonya provided us with some recommendations for eateries prior to our stay and we enjoyed several of her suggestions - Old German Bakery, Western Edge, and Crossroads. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and feel the small negatives were outweighed by the great location!

The apartment space was absolutely lovely. The old stone walls and beautiful floors were decorated and paired with lovely art and furnishings, and very comfortable beds! We didn't use the kitchen, but it was well stocked. The listing mentioned that street noise can be heard and to prepare for that, so we brought ear plugs. They weren't quite enough, as it was more traffic, rather than people, that you could hear, and construction trucks early in the morning (although I think that was just for a project behind the building that day, perhaps not a constant). Ear plugs helped, but take this part of the listing very seriously if you are sensitive to noise. Other than that, I wish this was my town home. Safe and convenient parking and easy check-in.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The decor was very pretty and homey and the location was very good. We didn't use the kitchen so I'm not sure how well it is stocked. The master bed sheets were the softest I've ever slept in and I'm in the process of tracking them down to buy for home. The only negatives was the extremely low water pressure and being woken up early Sunday morning by 45 bells which range twice.

Someone should have mentioned that there were a large staircase you had to climb a lot. We are 75-73 years old and it was quite a chore going up and down. Would never stay in that unit again

Adorable property! Well stocked, great location, and spacious!

The property was so cute!! Beds were very comfortable, and we loved the location!! If you want to sleep in and have trouble falling asleep, this might not be the property for you. Nearby church bells go off at 6:00 every morning. We are early risers, so we were usually already awake. We absolutely loved this place and can’t wait to visit again!!!

Stayed for a few days for family (adult child) vacation. Second time with this rental as it is very convenient location. The traffic can be a bit noisy at times but we knew that going in and was not too bad.

This was such an amazing little getaway. Such a quaint little place and so cozy. My sister and I enjoyed our visit very much. I will definitely be coming back again

We just stayed one night before meeting extended family for a wedding, and this little place was darling, clean, and so easy and convenient. The owner made it super easy when we arrived late in the evening. Thank you! I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Perfect property right on the Main Street and the wrap around balcony gives a gray view of the main street. End your day by sitting on patio with a bottle of wine and watch people pass down the Main street

We stayed just one night. Everything was wonderful the place was very comfortable and in a great location. The tv was hard to work but that was not why we were there.

Our recent stay in the Fountain suite was wonderful. The suite is beautiful and was fully stocked with all we needed. Thank you to Nathan Troppy for helping us out! We will definitely recommend this suite to others and hope to stay there again in the future!

The location of this property was perfect for our girls trip! The suite was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for the weekend. I will stay here again.

We arrived at 2:00pm and asked if we could check in the hour early. And was told absolutely not check in time is 3:00pm. We did finally get checked in at three and then went to town. When we got back the T,V, did not work.So no T,V, that night.My wife did some trouble shooting on the T.V. and got it working the power strip has issues. this was midday the following day. We wanted to use the oven but found it too dirty. We have stayed here before with no problems but can not say that this time. I addressed these issues at the desk at checked and was met with indifference. We will return to Fredericksburg but NEVER will stay with the Hanna group ever again.

We had a WONDERFUL stay. The Fountain Gallery Suite was PERFECT-so charming and beautiful. I have stayed many places in Fredericksburg, and I would HIGHLY recommend this Suite. The location is great for walking around town.You have a balcony to enjoy, but not a yard. The only thing I was disappointed about was NOT being offered a breakfast coupon-there were very cheap packaged pastries left to eat. There was fruit and water though. Otherwise-GREAT!!

We enjoyed staying in this charming, cozy suite so much! The suite is very comfortable and was furnished with everything we needed and the walls are decorated with gorgeous artwork! We just felt right at home. The location is absolutely perfect and the hosts are so nice and friendly. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Fredericksburg!

We loved the Fountain Suite of Hanna Studios. It was beautiful and comfortable. We did however have two problems. The upload speed of the internet was a little over 3 which meant we could not use it. I had to go to an Internet cafe a couple of blocks away. The other problem was mice. We found droppings all over the kitchen counters. The owner said it was a problem in old buildings and with the change of seasons (june14???). I probably would not go back because of these problems.

We love staying with ya'll. The location is perfect. This is our second time to stay the last time we stayed in the balcony suite.

This two bedroom, one bath right on main street was a dream. Location was awesome, a block from Hondo's and Allstat Restaurant. Interior was historic and lovely. Mattresses and the linens were 5 star. Pristine.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. It was such a delight to enjoy this space. We particularly admired the original construction and how the builders created each stone brick. Amazing how it has stood the test of time. While the historical aspect has been preserved, the suite has all the modern amenities. Beautiful art painted by gallery artist adorned the lovely walls. It is located in a nice place in town and close to nearby restaurants. Highly recommended!

My wife and I decided on a quick getaway to Fredericksburg and we are so glad we found the RS Hanna Gallery Suite. It was clean and the location was perfect for walking to the restaurants and shops. I highly recommend!!!!!

When we toured this B&B last September, we knew we had to come back and stay here! Our stay was perfect! So comfortable and so beautiful! I could live there!! We have grown to love the area and absolutely loved our stay here!
