Not much.

They do not clean rooms or empty the trash. You have to go to the front desk every other day to get your own fresh towels. Staff says this is Marriott new policy. I will never go to a Marriott hotel again.

The hotel was clean, organized and very appealing to the eye. The staff was courteous, approachable and very customer-service oriented.

The comforter for the sleeper sofa was not clean.

I didn't try the breakfast as I'm rarely hungry in the morning or the pool due to time, but my room was gorgeous, the bathroom was huge. I'm pretty sure the suite has more square footage than my apartment and was MUCH more clean. It was pristine. I also love the little 'store', it's obviously not a convenience store, but it's well-stocked with the usual drinks and chips AND other staples such as frozen dinners and WINE! A lovely surprise after a long day of driving although I took advantage of the Texas Steakhouse. I picked up a nice meal and was back to my room in about three minutes. Most importantly, this hotel makes me feel extremely safe and comfortable.

I dislike that I can't move the hotel to my hometown or afford to live here permanently. : )

The coffee was good. The location was perfect. Closet space was good and beds were okay.

I have never stayed in a hotel with as many problems ever. Tonight I contacted the desk there after reviewing my Wells Fargo checking account and finding that the wrong card had been charged, the final fiasco that began with the hotel computer being inactive and not being able to officially check in from Friday 6/2 until the late afternoon of 6/3. The room keys did not work and we had to use a "master" for room 324, our room. I immediately informed the desk person on 6/2 that I had held the room with my debit Visa but would use a Visa credit card instead. The woman accepted that card, but apparently never corrected the issue and I am now trying to reverse this. Our rooms were not serviced. 6/3 we should have had fresh towels, beds made, bathroom done. Nothing was done. (The designated maid for the weekend was left a tip because we thought perhaps the desk did not have accurate check in/ room occupancy) I did receive towels when I went to desk to ask for them in the evening. Another issue was that this was a shared room and we wanted to split the bill and once again I presented the correct card to be told by desk person that she did not know how to split the bill! To top all this off, my roommate and I were attending our 50th college reunion and these cited problems were a blight on the weekend. Neither of us would stay at this location again, overpriced for the service.

wasn’t as clean as I expected, was told my room had a tub. so thinking I might take a bath I accepted the room despite paying for a king suite. the tu tub drain would nor close and therefore no bath.

The fact I was told one price and paid more then I was suppose to.

the room was spotless. My wife and 2 children stayed 2 nights with more than adequate space for all of us. Our second night we had a new puppy with us and the management placed us on the first floor near the side exit so we could take the puppy out in the middle of the night. They were thoughtful and very friendly. Made our stay a pleasure.

Very clean, modern and spacious. Moments from the highway with many conveniences close by. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable. I will probably book again in the future.

Only one thing bad...the temperature setting for the in-room refrigerator (in room 217) was well below freezing...our bottled water froze solid and couldn't be consumed until it thawed out. I couldn't figure out how to set the temperature to a non-freeing temp..
