The property has a lot to offer and its cleanliness is number 1. The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable/helpful

Very nice room, very nice lobby, very nice staff, very nice building facilities, very nice breakfast.
The TV does not accept external HDMI connections. In fact, it has been altered to aggressively reject all attempts to use it with an external device, like a laptop. The remote has no "Input" button, the LG TV does not respond to any other remote (even an LG remote), and plugging any other source into the TV's one and only working HDMI port causes the TV to ignore it. This is virulent, concerted contempt for guests, and I will avoid Tru hotels in the future because of it.

I liked the modern feel. I also liked the information board in front of the elevators. It was nice to have coffee 24/7. It was good. Pretty good. I have nothing more to say. I'm just trying to et the green line now for this comment section.
Cleaner floor in the room. The floor felt tacky when walking in bare feet.

The breakfast was sparse, I was there at 8, very little to choose from , no potatoes , small amt of eggs, little sausage.
Needs a better variety of healthy foods, not enough fresh fruit or drinks, buffet looks nice but nothing to eat!

Despite requesting housekeeping daily upon arrival, we only received it one day and had to request fresh towels daily. We were told daily housekeeping had to be approved by the housekeeping department each day.

Simple but brilliant hotel. Great little pool, good gym, super staff. Chill area in reception super for hanging with friends. Great place. Really close to Grayce Gardens if you are attending a wedding there.
Little more breakfast choice would be nice but not a deal breaker.

Facilities were really well maintained. Large tv with cable. Great water pressure and comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok. Loved that there’s coffee at the lobby all the time. Definitely worth the price

There were no luggage carts available, which made it difficult to transfer luggage and disabled equipment upstairs.

I didn't like the smoker's area location right outside the main entrance.
An employee was watering the flowers out front and was smoking while working.
The breakfast bar was taken over by employees between 8:30 -9am and was shut down before the posted 10am end time. I witnessed a father with his two small children trying to figure out how to get them food.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.
The overnight staff was friendly, but they were not really able to answer questions in a professional manner. They were a little passive and laughed things off about not having carts to move luggage to the third floor and didn't know what to do when the curtain switch was malfunctioning. The unavailable carts were a big inconvenience, as I was traveling with my disabled mother who needs to travel with medical equipment. It was a lot to move solo and without a cart.

I liked the new feeling of the facility. Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean and modern.
Some additional seating in the room would have made the stay more comfortable.
