Such a great place, fully appointed with all we could have needed. The whole place has been updated and really has a great beach vibe. Very comfortable. Walking distance to everything on Flagler Ave and the beach access there. Highly recommend staying if you're looking for a place in NSB.

The house was wonderful. My wife and I stayed with our 3 kids. There was more than enough room for us all.

Our family of 5 found everything we needed at this home. The location was close to the main strip, but not noisy, and the beach is only a couple of blocks away. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels/toiletries for the bathrooms. We used the backyard space and screened in porch a lot. The owner replied within 5 minutes to my only inquiry and checkin/checkout was effortless. We didn’t want to leave. It was a very enjoyable stay!

We stayed for the week here and could ask for better accommodations. The place was very clean, the owners were very responsive, and the location was ideal. The bonus is the water pressure was amazing. Great showers!

Location was awesome, near Flagler with lots of shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. Updates to the house are excellent. Highly recommend!

Quiet yet so close to the activities on Flagler Avenue! You CANNOT beat the location of this property. Clean and bright! Owner is very responsive. Just a delightful place. This property will not disappoint.

We had a perfect vacation! We were footsteps from the beach, restaurants, and shopping! This is a well equipped rental! Our furry child loved the fenced in yard and screened porch. We're discussing dates for next year!

This is an excellent property and place to stay. The house is very clean and updated. The convenience of its location (1 block to Flagler and the beach) combined with the ability to use their beach accessories, i.e. surfboards, bikes, etc. made for an exceptional stay. We highly recommend it!

Very nicely appointed bungalo. Had everything
Rather than staying directly on the water, we thought we would stay near Flagler, and get an idea of what being "in town" was like. It was a great choice! A quick walk to the beach and town both. We enjoyed the quiet when we chose, and then enjoyed being able to listen to a live band just a block away. Lots of fun. The unit itself had a nicely appointed kitchen with what you would need for cooking. The bed and baths were comfortable and updated. Thumbs up!

We loved the location, short walk to the beach, reaturaunts and shopping. The outdoor shower was a hit with the kids. The home is nicely decorated and comfortable, everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We will return.

Spring Break 2018!
We really enjoyed our stay at thia property. It is located one street south of shops and restaurants in downtown New Smyrna. We had a couple of rainy days during our stay, so that worked out nicely. Also, it is helpful that there is public parking just down the street. I would recommend renting this property to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Easy, breezy
Quaint home on the beachside of town. Comfortably furnished inside and outside, feels like home. Easy walk to the beach and everything in town. Nice backyard with plenty of room for our dogs to play, and only a golf cart ride away to the dog beach! Very clean and well maintained. Kind and friendly owner.
