The location was wonderful but maintenance could have been better. Windows impaired the view as they were damaged and fridge handle needed repair too. We left a note with the issues we found in the rental. There were other issues also noted. We appreciated the response for the broken umbrella!

The home was very clean and in great shape including all accessories for cooking, eating, playing on the beach which is only 12 steps from the front deck. Management, Island Vacation Properties was immediately available when we noticed the A/C wasn’t working. Within an hour the had some one out to look at it and the next day the entire unitwas replaced. Both the owners and management company are great to work with. We are booked or next year too......Love it

We have vacationed on AMI for Thanksgiving for the last 9 years. This place was roomy and you can not beat the location. Had an issue with keypad getting in but was resolved quickly. Master bathroom shower could use a door or shower curtain - spacious but can't help to get water on the floor. Overall great rental!

We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the bedrooms were all very comfortable. The house was spotless inside. We enjoyed all the outdoor amenities from the beach chairs and new deck to the outdoor shower. Grocery, drug store and other shops were conveniently located less than 5 minutes on foot. Island Vacation Properties was easy to communicate with and obviously takes great care of the house. We appreciated having extra light bulbs on hand when needed and a generous starter supply of washing machine and dishwasher detergent, dish soap and toilet paper. We thought the house looked even better in person than the photos depicted. We also noticed some nice aesthetic updates inside. Overall, the house is decorated with a great balance of style and function. Something guests should be aware of: this property is right next door to a public access beach entrance. Depending on the time of day/year, this means you may see people come and go all day who are not staying on the beach. The beach area directly in front of the house will be used by the public and they aren’t particularly concerned with leaving any room for the people who are actually paying to stay there. It wasn’t a huge deal for us, but it is worth noting. Some very minor suggestions: *more plastic cups and less glassware in kitchen would be nice *a couple of the white beach chaises could be replaced *doormats at all entrances to house would help control tracking of sand and water (we couldn’t wipe our feet on rainy days) *an updated “smart” tv in the master would be nice (the kids used the family room tv a lot, so mom and dad watched in the bedroom but had no access to Netflix, etc) *a few kid friendly beach supplies such as a boogie board, sand toys and umbrella would’ve made a big impact on this family of 5. Because I hadRecently had a foot surgery, I needed a place that didn’t have lots of stairs (like most beach houses... This house had only 4 stairs to enter the house. My favorite place in the house was the chaise lounge that was placed near the ten curved windows that overlooked the gulf. This house on Anna Maria Island provided the best beach vacation ever!
