We came in for the AAU volleyball tournament and had a group of 6 of various ages. The condo was about 25 minutes to the convention center and also within reasonable driving distance to attractions. The condo was clean and we felt safe there. The host communicated very well leading up to the stay, and we had no problems getting in or while we were there. The condo was spacious. We didn’t even use one of the rooms. We had everything we needed in terms of kitchen stuff, towels, linens, etc. We did not use the pool or tv. Great stay!

This was a very clean property. Gated community. It was close to everything we visited. I would definitely stay here again. Very roomy and the owner was super patient and nice.

Our stay was great. The only thing I would change but it’s a preference is the bed were to hard for our liking. Other then that enjoyed the stay.

We were in town for a cheer competition and also hit up several parks through a special offer from Disney. While we Ubered to all our events, it was very easy to get quick very affordable rides provided, and the condo is very well located for all things we wanted to do and then some. House is very Disney-centric which my Disney fanatic Family loved. They also had a bedroom that was more subdued Disney but all beds were comfortable and offered plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend and can say we will be back in the future.

Overall, the property was great with awesome amenities. The neighborhood and other people in the Club Cortile residences were a little sketchy sometimes (Marijuana usage was pretty common). Later night entries into the property security was difficult sometimes. The owner was superb, quick to respond, and the townhome itself was awesome!

No issues with our stay. The plumbing did back up pretty bad as we were packing up. Our kitchen sink flooded. No one for management ever responded to me. Otherwise the place was great! Perfect for our kids.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Easy access to restaurants and groceries. The proximity to Disney was also great. Easy drives each morning and night. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something for a group of 5 or more!

The guest gated entrance didnt work sometimes. The neighborhood the community resides in is a mess with construction marring the aesthetics of your trip in. The home was nice with plenty of linens, the couches were comfortable, and the appliances worked well. The private pond behind the place was very nice and relaxing. Overall we enjoyed our stay though checkout time is a bit early.

We loved our stay in this condo with our family. Our three year old grandson loved the Disney decorations, toys, pond with ducks, and the playground. We were close to all of the Disney parks and it was an easy walk to Sam’s and Target for our shopping needs. Our adult children enjoyed free door dash meals and all of the condo accommodations. We highly recommend this home for your family.

Perfect for a family vacation that is Disney themed! Disney is everywhere!!!! It is not as close to the park as I thought it would be but it was clean and comfortable. Perfect for kids and girlfriends!

The condo was in a great location and as pictured stated. Beautiful condo and near enough and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando itself! Definitely will be a repeat vacation spot! Look forward to next time!

The condo was very clean and the listing was quite accurate. Within 20 mins to any park. The bedrooms stayed pretty warm during our stay but the fans were nice.

The condo is exactly as described. It is beautifully decorated with the Disney theme and easily slept 7 adults. The owner is easy to work with and is very responsive. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay here again.

We were visiting Florida from MN. We had a party of 5 adults and one child, 3 years old. We loved the Disney Theme and the close location to Disney. The home is also conveniently located near several restaurants and shopping. The only downfall I might add, is the pool. We were gone all day until around 8:30-9:00pm, and the pool was closed by the time we returned to the property . We did finally get to take a quick dip the last night we were there. Although, I got the feeling that the residences didn’t like us vacationers too much. Kind of awkward. But the home was inviting and clean! Loved it! I would definitely recommend as a great place to stay!

We had a family wedding in Orlando, so we had three adult couples stay. Great, clean place for us to gather together! Our kids did Universal studio and were able to Uber easily to this location. Provided everything we needed for our short stay! Thanks

Very nice space for families visiting the Orlando area. Plenty of space for our group of 4 kids and 4 adults after long days in the parks. The kids enjoyed the large tub in the master bath!

My family and I stayed here while visiting the parks in Orlando. Or party consisted of 4 adults and 3 kids. Condo had plenty of room for everyone. Clean, comfortable, and close to all parks. Communication was great. Would definately stay again.

Property was close to Sea world and Aquatica where we spent most of our time. Kids had fun in the community pool as well.

Allen was easy to communicate with. Answered all my questions and even was able to mail back. My son switch that was left behind. The place is amazing easy to get in and out of very secured and very clean. We were so happy with our stay

Communication from owner great from beginning to end. Came for the Volleyball AAU tournament at Orlando Conference Center. The drive back and fourth was the only negative for the stay. Took 30 minutes to go less than 10 miles to get to OCC. The rental was clean and had everything you could want or need during your stay. Sam’s Club being a few blocks away came in handy. Many restaurants around and Congo Golf was one of our go to stops. Played mini-golf there multiple times during stay.

Excellent location to all that Orlando has to offer. Plenty of room to spread out and rest after a long day at the parks. Amenities aplenty! Even the cabinet knobs were Disney. We did a scavenger hunt with all the little additions to each room. Will be sure to stay again!

The first thing you notice is the secure feeling. The unit is in a gated community and has keyless entry so there is no chance of key "sharing". Next the unit itself is perfrct. Start with the wall-to-wall Disney decore and you'll think your at the park already. The four bedrooms and three full baths made it perfect for our six adults and one child to be totally comfortable (especially since my wife and I got the master suite!). The living, dining an kitchen spce were not massive but very comfortable and functional. The kitchen had all the appliances you could want, flatware, pots, pans and cooking utensils. With a screened in patio that overlooked the lake and about a 4 minute walk to the pool, tennis court, fitness center and palyground this unit filled in all of our needs. Bonus, only about 25 miutes from MCO and 20 - 30 minutes with light traffic to all the Disney parks, Disney Springs and Unversal Studios. Here's a food tip, try Martins BBQ, it's about 1.5 miles on US 192 West, turn right off Seven Dwarfs Lane. Delicious Latin food and the owner came out explained all the food options and really engaged our 5 year old granddaughter (add this to your area restaurant reccomendations). All-in-all we had a great week and it was in large part due to the fact that our accommodations were so comfortable and centrally located. Thanks you from the entire family!

This place was amazing. Super clean. Very Disney decorative. Close to everything we needed. Loved all the bathrooms and space in the home. The pool was just a short walk around the buildings. Just remember to pack a sleep mask. The Florida sun will wake you up way before your alarm does!

The property was clean and spacious. Great assortment of kitchen utensils if you are planning on cooking. Many indoor board games and a very nice pool area within a three minute walk. The property owner was VERY responsive as well. I think it would make a great place for a family, or group, of six!
