Private Home On 2 Acres, with hot tub and firepit!
Bem-vindo ao Hill Country Charmer, uma linda casa no coração de Dripping Springs, a minutos de ótimos restaurantes e lojas, a 5 minutos de Camp Lucy e a apenas 20 de Austin. Estamos aninhados em 2 hectares de área verde arborizada e uma unidade rápida para pontos quentes de belas montanhas, compras e natação em Wimberley, Hamilton Pool e Krause Springs. Estamos a poucos quilômetros de dezenas de belas vinícolas de Hill Country, além das cervejarias Jester King, Twisted X e Thirst, e da nova destilaria Deep Eddy Vodka. O Charmer fica a menos de 30 minutos de carro do belo Parque Estadual Pedernales Falls, onde você pode andar de bicicleta, observar pássaros, nadar ou andar a cavalo. É perfeito para grandes reuniões familiares, pois acomoda até 8 pessoas. Existem três quartos e 2. 5 banheiros, e o assento da cozinha e da sala de jantar 8. Nossa espaçosa cozinha é totalmente equipada para a preparação das refeições, e a sala é ampla e confortável para relaxar e conversar. Nosso grande deck traseiro tem muitos lugares sentados para uma família grande, ou dois, com uma churrasqueira para a sua reunião no quintal. Mal podemos esperar para você ver nosso Charmer e saber que você o amará tanto quanto nós.

This property is very well located, spacious and comfortable for a large group. The outdoor patio and yard is beautiful and relaxing! We enjoyed our long weekend very much and would definitely stay in this home if we visit the area again.

Couldn’t have been more pleased with this property. Very comfortable and spacious. First time I’ve ever felt like I was at home and relaxed. Everything was as described it better. Super comfy bed, big plush couches, gourmet kitchen, great patio, etc……. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We were in town for our daughter's wedding and the house was perfect for our out of rown family. It was easy to find clean and quiet. Had to add a day at the last minute and it was not an issue. Would stay there again.

Our family was in town for a wedding. The property was beautifully decorated, in an excellent location (near restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores) and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Would highly recommend!

We loved staying at the homey, relaxing house. It was very quiet neighborhood and had a little wildlife to enjoy as well.

Lovely Home
Was in town for a wedding. Daughters and grandchildren joined my husband and myself. Perfect layout with bunk room for the kids. Enjoyed seeing deer wander through the yard. Will definitely book again if we are back that way.

Great living space and porch
Perfect spot for our family to hang out. The kitchen, living and dining room are all open and the giant island is fantastic. Very comfortable beds. House is very close to the street, but we didn't hear any street noise. Plenty of parking. Property owner was very responsive when I had a couple of questions. We didn't have time to use it but nice grill and porch area. Close to town and wedding venues.

A perfect 5 for our family
We were in dripping springs for a wedding and able to get most families in this wonderful neighborhood. Well appointed home near every venue, restaurant and store needed. We so enjoyed our visit!

Country charmer stay
Exactly as described. Comfortable. Being close to town was not that big of a deal, basically the walgrreens, so perhaps a better value could be found out there. Maybe a second blow dryer and a few personal unopened hba products would have been helpful. Had to do a run for shampoo, conditioner etc as we didn't bring from California. Overall it was nice experience. Very turnkey.

Beautiful comfortable home!
Perfect home to celebrate Christmas and a family wedding. We loved the great room and the back porch. The proximity to Dripping Springs and the wedding venue worked well for our family with 2 babies in tow. Home was beautifully decorated yet comfortable.

House is nice great location not a closet in the house had to hang clothes on a rod in the utility room fix that and some new mattress and it would be great

Fantastic Stay!
The house is perfect. It worked out perfect for the family to hang out, yet have privacy when needed. This was our first house rental and they have set the bar high for any where else we might go. Everything is first class, and if we ever stay in Dripping Springs again, this is where we want to stay. Note: As an added bonus, you are literally 5 minutes from the grocery store!

Super clean and spacious.
A group of 5 of us rented the place as a base foe wine tasting trip. The kitchen and living area were spacious and had everything we needed. We spent more time at the home than anticipated. Outdoor space was very pleasant. Sleeping arrangements were good. Bunk beds hard to sleep on for us in our fifties but probably great for kids. Other beds were very nice and bathrooms were plentiful.

Perfect space for family gathering!
We rented the Hill Country Charmer in a February for my daughter’s wedding at Canyonwood Ridge. I was looking for a central location for out of town family members to gather before and after the wedding. The house was spacious and comfortable and the perfect space for our group! The owner, Laura, was very responsive and accommodating when a few minor issues arose. We really enjoyed our time in Dripping Springs and highly recommend the Hill County Charmer property.

Great Place!
Stayed here for a nearby family wedding. Clean, cool, and comfortable. Met all our needs and surpassed our expectations. Beds are comfortable, lots of towels, and a well appointed kitchen. Very pleased.

Great Location but Dirty
The positives of this house:
-Nice land and backyard (deer visit often).
-Great location and central to fun places like Austin and Wimberly.
-Nice layout for a family or a family with grandparents joining.

-Nice TV in master bedroom.
The negatives of this house:
-It hasn't had a deep cleaning in a very long time. Light switches, doors, door knobs, baseboards, cabinets, appliances, washer/dryer, windows, remotes...all had dirt and grime built up and was sticky to the touch.
-Upon arrival, the dryer was full of towels and the washer had unwashed sheets in it. Not relaxing or sanitary to walk in and have to take care of someone else's laundry.
-Though there are instructions for the cable/tv there, it still took my husband (who is in IT) over a half an hour to make 2 of the 3 TVs work.
-The bunk bed wasn't sturdy at all.
If the owners take care of the deep cleaning that is desperately needed and if the tv/cable and bed issues are addressed, this could be a much better place to stay.

Fabulous Space!!
I would absolutely make this an annual destination. This was my first time ever renting a private home and I loved it. If I were being extremely picky I would critique very minor things, but the overall ambiance of the area outweighs everything.

Great Property! Perfect for our stay
This was a great property, we needed a place to serve as wedding central for our daughter's wedding. This was perfect, the house is beautiful, the covered patio was wonderful. It was great weather and the perfect place to spend Thanksgiving week. We would love to come back sometime.

Perfect house and location for family gathering. We stayed here for my daughter's wedding and the kitchen/family room was perfect for getting family together. The covered porch with lots of seating is also nice. Would stay here again!! Kitchen has all the amenities you need.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable
The living spaces both inside and out were so much more than we expected. Every amenity you could have hoped for. Close proximity to stores but we felt like we were secluded. We were only there a few days for a family wedding but wished we had booked for longer. Our out of Texas relatives were impressed and loved the deer in the backyard

This Home was perfect for my daughter and her bridesmaids to stay at while getting ready for the wedding. The bathroom had tons of space for the girls to hang stuff and plenty of mirrors almost like it was made for bridesmaids. All the girls loved the decor of the Home.

This home was perfect for our familys needs! Spacious kitchen and living area, super comfy beds and excellent location were awesome, and the coffee provided for the coffeemaker was much appreciated! Beautifully decorated and very clean, we will definitely book again if we are in the area.

We had an amazing weekend with friends and family made more amazing by this beautiful home. Well stocked with everything you can think of and very close to a great supermarket. Had a wonderful barbecue in the wonderful outside patio. I highly recommend this awesome country charmer.
