The property was great for family all under one roof. It gave us bonding time to spend with one another. Precious time that we will never forget.

I’ve stayed in this area 5 times now and this one was the worst property I’ve ever rented. Definitely not worth what I paid for it. I’ve paid far less for a much more well equipped cabin in the mountains. This one is on a main road and the amenities were none. Below is the list of all the issues I had to send to them that we encountered throughout our stay. In their defense, I did not contact them until the night before we left as we were so busy all week and they did offer to come fix the issues and give me a $50 refund. I will just say that if you are going to spend $4600 for a week stay, look elsewhere cuz this place is the pits. Downstairs- remote had dead batteries Toaster does not work Faucet doesn’t stay off in sink Very few eating utensils and plates Master bedroom- door going into bathroom has no stop on it and kept falling off the track- was difficult to put back on Bathroom- tub doesn’t drain when showering fills up with water Dryer vent disconnected and the whole bathroom fills up with humidity Upstairs- Couch recliners broken and difficult to open and close Top Oven won’t turn off when button pushed, had to pull the breaker to get it to shut off and never used it again Games were destroyed and missing pieces Blender doesn’t work Outside- Grill disgusting Fire pit disgusting Bikes with all flat tires All the swings and chairs dirty so nowhere to sit outside Lounge chair out on front porch fabric ripped and all the cushions moldy

The Smoky mountains are just beautiful. This home was perfect for our family getaway. Two levels with full kitchens was perfect and so handy! Beautiful home inside and great outdoors surrounding it! We really enjoyed ourselves!

The home is very nice. Love the way it sits on top of the hill. Seen some deers run through the yard. Enjoyed our time there!

It is hard to find a place with this much space (especially bedrooms) in this price range. The property has a nice big yard and front porch that was great for relaxing at night after the kids went to bed. The hot tub was also nice. It looks remote, but it is less than a mile up the hill from downtown Sevierville and several grocery stores are within ten minutes. Our only disappointment was that the property did not appear to be adequately cleaned when we arrived. The floors were pretty dirty and while the beds were made the sheets had definitely not been cleaned in at least a couple of the beds.

We really enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the fact of it being so close to Pigeon Forge and kind of secluded. It was great to have two kitchens because we we had them both going at breakfast. We didn’t have any littles with us but it was nice to be prepared with high chair and booster seat if needed. We would definitely like to book with you again.

Everything was well cleaned and very easy to find!

We will rent property again

We really enjoyed this property , we rented the entire house and very spacious. Only had one issue at check in that was quickly resolved. My one recommendation is to change the mattress in the first bedroom upstairs. The bed was very hard but every other bed was amazing.

We loved this house! It was perfect for our trip. It was convenient to groceries, restaurants, etc. The king size beds were exactly what we needed with so many couples. We rented the whole house so having multiple ovens and refrigerators helped us tremendously. We had no issues!

Convenient to shopping & groceries. Plenty of room for all of us. Quiet & secluded area with plenty of parking space. We used the outdoor grill for our hamburgers, while enjoying a fire in the fire pit.

The place was awesome location was great the only issue I had was the TV in the upstairs and down stairs living room areas wasn’t working right we couldn’t get many channels . It kept saying we had to log on to get the channels.This was the only issue we enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at the property. The communication and ease of checking in was impeccable. The split arrangement of the home makes it perfect for multiple families or those wanting adult space and kid space. The beds were comfortable. We had plenty of towels and linens. All kitchen needs were provided. The location was close to everything but away from the noise and traffic. I liked that it sat back off the road but we didn't have to drive up the mountain to get there. And for us the icing on the cake was that they were pet friendly. I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a clean, comfy get away.

We had 9 adults, a teenager and an infant for our first family vacation to TN. The house had adequate room for all of us and we loved the TVs in the bedrooms!

Good location to get to Smokey Mountian National Park and other activities. Brought yard games but not able to play some due to property being on a hill- not 5 acres of useable property. Overall good experience.

great place to stay...yard could use some attention...not enough silverware and large bowls for big family

We rented the house for a reunion for 5 college friends - we brought spouses & children (ages 3-6) and there was plenty of room for all! Location is convenient to all of the attractions, but secluded enough to feel peaceful. We would definitely recommend this home!

This property was beautiful and located a short distance from main attractions. My family and I hated to leave! Communication with the host was easy as well, this home was very accommodating. It’s a upper and lower level. It allowed the quieter bunch to relax upstairs, why the louder bunch enjoyed the lower level! It’s like like two apartments in one! Great property!

Great property for a family who needs some separation for the late and early risers as there is a downstairs and upstairs with two separate kitchens. Really nice front porch for visiting and relaxing. Private setting surrounded by woods but close to restaurants, shopping and attractions.

This house was very nice lots of room for 6 grandkids. We arrived early and they let us get in the house when we got there. We had a problem so I called the number provided and Lisa took care of what needed to be done very nice to work with.

Large common spaces and cooking areas to host large groups. If traveling with a large party, bring spare towels as there aren’t many extra for showering. There was no sponge or designated cloth for washing dishes.

Hidden gem! We had our family Thanksgiving here and having the 2 levels, 2 washer and dryers, 2 kitchens, 2 hot tubs, etc. was GREAT! Beds were super comfortable, it was super QUIET and just right as far as distance between congested areas. It was close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Will absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Good location! Comfortable beds with several different types of mattresses to find your perfect comfort. I WILL say that when you see the sign that says. "LOW CLEARANCE WATCH YOUR HEAD", they really mean it!

Other then the fact you ha e to go outside to get from upstairs to downstairs this house is great for large family's.

Booking and check-in were simple enough. Location of the property was as expected. It was somewhat secluded up on the hill from the road, and away from neighboring buildings. Property description did not depict the sort of split level environment that it really is. 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen upstairs, and 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen downstairs separated by a narrow stairway indoors. The separation of the space did have some perks for us, but there were also some drawbacks as well. Everything else in the description was pretty accurate. We did enjoy our stay overall, but do feel the description should more accurately reflect the property in this case.

The property is just outside of Sevierville-proper, so once you're "home", you don't deal with traffic and noise. The property is quiet and private and absolutely wonderful. All the appliances are full-sized and the furniture is perfect. We all sat in the living room and watched football on Saturday...a great way to catch up! The bedrooms are perfect and the beds (attested by all) are super comfortable. This is nothing short of the perfect property for a large group of friends! We loved everything about our stay!

Our group stayed here for a week. It was my whole crazy adult family plus my young kids. It was a big group and this house was more than sufficient. It is secluded, but near anything you could need. It is beautiful, but homey. It is spacious, but cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
