Clean and comfortable!

Busy during spring break.

The location was perfect, and I will stay again.

Wasn't anything I didn't like; I would stay again.

The breakfast was excellent, hot and fresh no matter what time we arrived. It stayed well stocked also.

The Apple Cider and latte machine wasn’t working properly but overall I really couldn’t complain.

Mostly everything , this hotel needs a complete overhaul it definitely shows its age the rooms are very outdated, the balcony room I had was obstructed an I asked to be moved to another room an they said no , the staff was not very friendly during my stay an I found a roach in my room.

Clean , easy access, great amenities for the cost , comfortable, nice staff , love the apple scented hallways. Love having breakfast on site and the farmhouse behind the place

Went to desk on last night Asked for a couple of fresh bath cloths. We never got them. We had to use our hands to wash.

Very nice and it smelled like apples. Staff and housekeeping were excellent. Breakfast was great. A lot of parking around the building and a great location I would highly recommend it and would stay again. I have a few suggestions for the handicap room we were in. First their needs to be a vertical grab bar next to the outside of the tub towards the door. It would be easier to grab that then to reach inside the tub and try to grab those bars. Most hotel beds are too high for me to get into and not comfortable on arthritic bones. I should have brought my step stool. Also the couch we had allowed us to sink in and we had ad hard time getting out of it. A padded wooden chair works better to get out of. I also wish hotels offered recliners because it’s easier for my husband and myself to get better sleep in. Again though, the hotel was awesome and staff. No problems at all except for my sleep but that is a problem at all hotels. You have a very nice hotel.

Just the beds too high and stiff for older people and the chairs allow one to sink in and difficult to get out of without help.

The breakfast was wonderful.

Our shower leaked water all over the bathroom. When I requested a different room I was denied. Just didn’t use the shower for the rest of the week.

We didn’t have the breakfast while we were there but it must be good because anytime we walked by the room was full. The location is good for the things we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable and the a/c unit was quiet unlike some places we have stayed. Though we didn’t have a lot of contact with the staff, they were very courteous and helpful when we needed them. Overall, it was a good stay.

Ther really wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Super clean, friendly staff, great amenities (free coffee and cider all day, free delicious breakfast, fire pit, indoor and outdoor pools, etc.), perfect location, quiet, comfortable, smelled like apples! I didn’t have plans to go back to the area, but now I am considering it just to stay here again. Loved it.

Very nice staff. Indoor pool was nice. Loved the apple scent. Location is great being right next to the apple barn. Good value.

Breakfast was mediocre. Accessible shower leaked because shower curtain was about two inches out too far beyond the drip plane so water from over spray hit the shower curtain and dripped into the floor.
