The cleanest, most organized, beautiful home and most gracious hosts ever. And we have stayed in a lot. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Very comfortable, clean Wonderful experience.

The property was immaculate, tastefully decorated and everything was well-maintained. Nicolle was quick to respond to requests or questions and very pleasant to deal with. There were amenities galore and the kitchen had everything you need to entertain.

We had a great time! We were close enough to the airport that an early flight wasn’t too challenging. We still made it up to Santa Fe easily. There were restaurants close. The house had lots of things for sale if you forgot anything! Very accommodating : ) Host is great at communicating!

Nicole and Robert were great host who communicated well with us. Their house was beautifully decorated and in a great location near restaurants, shopping, groceries, and tourist areas. The house was fully stocked with food and cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc. The house was located in a safe and clean area of town. We would highly recommend this house for your next stop if you are in the area.

We stayed for the Christmas and New Year holidays in this wonderful house and it was perfect for us. The space was great for my husband and I, as well as for our grown daughters and their partners. Everyone had space and everyone could congregate comfortably when together. The house does have EVERYTHING you could ever need, and if there is something you want/need Nicolle and Robert go out of their way to get it for you. We wanted a way to do a jigsaw puzzle and be able to work on it over the holiday an move it out of the way for meal times etc. Nicolle and Robert created a puzzle board for us that we could place on the table and move when we needed. Nicolle and Robert are great hosts with terrific recommendations and quick responses to inquiries. Communication was terrific, even when I had a question about billing at the end (turns out it was VRBOs unclear labeling that was at fault), Nicolle was very helpful and clear. They kindly fielded packages for us from relatives for Christmas presents (I felt bad cause there were more boxes than I anticipated!) and were quite gracious and patient about it all. They were also very generous with treats put in the house for us to enjoy and the pay-it-forward pantry is brilliant. Of course the view is LOVELY! If you want to be able to see sunsets, the great big sky, and the gorgeous Sandia's from you windows this is the place for you. I highly recommend this getaway and these hosts when heading to ABQ.

Nicolle is amazing! House is clean & well stocked! Beds & linens extremely comfortable. Be aware there is no hot tub on the property—otherwise completely as advertised. Wonderful home & the most responsive hosts ever who provided excellent recommendations! Thank you.

An amazing place to stay for a group of 7 women visiting Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, views of the city and hot air balloons. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Nicholle is a attentive and easy to reach host if you have any questions or problems

Not sure what I can say that others have not, except to agree with the many positive reviews. The house was clean and comfortable. The owners, Nicolle and Robert could not have been friendlier or more helpful. When we had a problem with the coffee maker the first morning, Robert came over in person within minutes and resolved the problem. Coffee maker worked like a charm after that & made great coffee. Nicolle called to tell us when a large balloon went right over the house. They also left a large welcome basket full of snacks and a bottle of wine, which was much enjoyed by our group. The location is good. We attended the balloon fiesta while in Albuquerque. The house was close to a park-and-ride at Cottonwood Mall, and not far from the Balloon Fiesta Park the weekday when we drove ourselves. It was easy to go to Old Town and to get on the freeway for Santa Fe or the Turquoise Trail. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The restaurant recommendations in the house guide that we tried were excellent. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay for our group of five adults.

Everything about this rental was perfect! The house was beautiful and looked exactly as pictured. The owner, Nicolle, is a great host and thought of anything and everything you could ever need. She left great house instructions and gave us her cell phone number just in case we needed to contact her. We will definitely return next time we're in town.

This was a FABULOUS property in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The hostess made us feel like we were staying in a dear friends home. The house was spacious and beautiful. Great care was taken to ensure we could check in easily and the hostess was available for any questions we had.There was coffee and creamer and water and sodas available. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable and cozy and there was an abundance of outdoor spaces to enjoy as well. We saw hummingbirds and 8 hot air balloons from our balcony. The views of the mountains are expansive and spectacular. I would love to stay here again.

A fun, clean house in a convenient location, well-stocked with magnificent views and extremely responsive hosts. We all loved it!

The host was more than wonderful. The house was amazingly decorated & had everything you would need. We throughly enjoyed our stay! Nicolle suggested that we try going to the Sawmill Market and it made our Sunday special. We will definately come back next year!

This VRBO & the hosts have raised the bar for all future VRBO stays! The home is very comfortable and well stocked with everything! My husband and I were doing a working vacay, we had our own space to work all day without hearing one another while on calls at the same time. Wi-Fi worked perfectly for each of us. Nicole was amazing with her communication and response time. It is clear she wants guests to enjoy their stay, no detail is overlooked, she has thought of everything, leaving nothing to chance which resulted in a stress free fantastic visit! We are foodies and are now more in love with New Mexican cuisine after going to several amazing recommendations. And the beds….there are no words…..pure heaven! So cozy & comfortable! Great location for everything we needed. Would stay again if visiting ABQ! Thank you Nicole & Robert for making what we thought would be an ordinary 4 day wknd into a wonderfully relaxing & enjoyable trip even while we worked!

We have been to Albuquerque several times and this was our favorite property so far. The views of the mountains and the hot air balloons every morning are spectacular. Lots of amenities and bonuses throughout the house and the location is really convenient to some the things we enjoy most like Old Town and Boca Negra. Owners were very responsive and hospitable. Would definitely stay here again and again.

We rented this vrbo for a family trip (4 people). The home was spacious and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect and we felt very safe. It is everything in the description and more. But, the best part of the stay was the amazing views and the hospitality of the hosts. The views…. Wow. Since we were on vacation, I had thought I would enjoy my time sleeping in, but I was wrong. My husband and I found ourselves getting up early every morning to grab a cup of coffee and race to the back (upstairs) balcony to watch the sunrise, the colors in the sky change, and the hot air balloons passing by. You can see the entire Albuquerque valley and mountains from the balcony. We were simply never tired of the view. In the evenings we would sit on the balcony with the family, enjoying appetizers and drinks, while watching the setting sun change the mountains to pink. We were in awe of God’s splendor and this was the place to see it. Lastly (and perhaps most importantly) the hosts were amazing. They were very responsive to all of our requests and questions without being over the top. We didn’t want to leave, but reality called. I would highly recommend this vrbo.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay! The house is beautiful and comfortable with what appears to be such great care given to the selection of furnishings/decor. Anything that you have forgotten, or think you may need...is more than likely there for you! Nicolle is just a text away if you need her (which we were much appreciative for). We spent 6 days, and wished it could have been longer. I'm not great with words, but you will not regret staying here. :) I'm already plotting my return!

Very nice property, well decorated, and comfortable. The kitchen well equipped, plenty of dishes, glasses, etc if you choose to eat at property. Of all property owners in the past, Nicole stays in touch to make sure you are happy and satisfied. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home decorated for the holidays

The house was beautiful and very well stocked. The furnishings were plush and the views were stunning. It was a great location and the owner was a dream to work with. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Loved it!!

We had a short three-night stay and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property location is great - we hiked Petroglyph NM and visited Old Town, and nothing seemed more than 10-15 mins away. Creature comforts are many, and everything was thoughtfully set up. The hosts are very communicative - we didn't have any issues but I'm sure they would respond quickly if any had occurred. All in all a great stay!

What you see in the photos here IS what you get! We have rented plenty of vacation homes...none as thoughtfully stocked as this one. In the kitchen there are the basics that you need, oils, vinegars, spices, baggies, paper products & more. Want a cold soda or frosty beer from the fridge, put $ in the kitty!! Yep. But perhaps the best thing is the availability of the owners, before & during our stay, by text for any questions you may have. They also have a list of their favorite restaurants & none were disappointing. It was GREAT!!

We were a group of 6 women gathering for our annual reunion. The house was very unique and cozy. There was plenty of room for everyone. Our only complaint was that there were so many things (pillows, decor) scattered around that we didn’t have much work space in the kitchen or space to spread out our things in the other rooms. That caused the house to not be as user friendly as it could be. Otherwise, we loved it!

Property was clean, neat, well stocked , and as described. The location was central to many restaurants and things to do. Hosts had lists of places to eat that were "spot on". Hosts got back to us very quickly when we had a question. Had a great time in an area of the country we had not visited before.

This is our 3rd time staying here and we are never disappointed! It is above and beyond all other rentals that we’ve stayed at. Cleanliness, comfort and all the conveniences of home are at your fingertips. Nicolle and Robert are the best!! Literally, just a text or phone call away!!
