Easy access. I would have appreciated a little earlier check in. Can't get in until 4pm, at least 3 pm would have been nice. Close to everything and getting in and out of the condo. Parking was a little tight. Liked that it was first floor and no stairs. Nicely decorated. Furniture needed a little updating. We were asked to put towels and linens in washer before leaving and start. I don't like leaving a washer going when I leave, chance of flooding. Also, the kitchen faucet didn't work, would not turn off. Had to play with it to get it to a slow drip even or let it run slow. We couldn't get the tv's to work at all. Other than that, it was a nice place.

Easy to find and very accessible to all the Branson attractions, stores, and shops. The beds were so very comfortable! Very clean. Well furnished with our needs.

So cozy! The location was right in the middle of town and convenient to everywhere we wanted close by. The condo was very clean, decorated so cute, and comfortable to all three of us! Definitely recommend!

The property was easy to get to and very nice. The check-in and check-out process was easy. My only fuss is that the mattress in Master bedroom needs to be replaced or flipped or something. Other than that we had a great time, and it was in a great location.

We enjoyed staying there. It was clean and it fit all of us - 7 of us. They had it equipped and ready for us. We will go back again when we come back to Branson.

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was perfect for my sister and I as we each had our bedroom and bathroom. It was a perfect location. Chris was quick to answer all of my questions. There were no instructions for the televisions so we couldn’t figure out how to stream but otherwise we had no complaints.

Only things that would make stay a bit more comfortable is courtesy umbrellas, blackout curtains on front bedroom windows and hooks in the bathrooms for clothes when you want to take a shower. Other than that we had a great time. Thank you

I would stay at this condo again, but it wasn’t worth the price I paid for two nights. It would have been 30% less to stay at a nearby hotel that we normally stay at. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The furniture is dated.

This condo needs considerable updating. The chairs around the table are all broken, the couches and chair sit low and very uncomfortable. The bathrooms the vanities are very low as are the toilets the bathtubs are out dated and are hard getting in and out of for elderly people. The carpet was stained and should be replaced. Tv in front bedroom would not work on cable. Sorry for being so critical but would not rent this condo again not sure would rent from vrbo again.

Condo is nicely located on green mountain rd. Most of things we did were very close. And since we had an infant with us, we could go back and forth to condo easily. The condo had very stained carpet. A leak started in the carpet right outside master bedroom which became a pain. Feet getting wet etc. Bad smell in master closet (maybe mildew). Condo was clean but not spotless. Carpet under coffee table still had crumbs etc from last visitor. The window on the front bedroom needs some black out curtains badly. There’s a light right outside window that keeps the room lit. Hard to sleep. Didn’t hate it by any means but it could be better.

My parents and I stayed for a long weekend. They hadn't been in a VRBO before and were very impressed. The easy access with our car about 15 feet from the front door made it much easier for nearly 80 year olds to get in and out and unload their luggage. Highly Recommend - SC

The condo is in a perfect location. Close to all the shows and restaurants. I will agree with others regarding the dining chairs. We are big domino players and the table is a bit small but worked. The chairs are in dire need of replacing. Thankfully there were a couple of folding chairs in the closet we were able to use. We meet up with friends yearly at different locations and take turns using the master bedroom. This was our off year so we were in the 2nd bedroom. Five stars for the bed but the room needs light blocking curtains. The outside light for the stairs to upper condos shone through the window. We don’t watch tv in bed but our friends do so it was a good thing they had the master because the 2nd bed room tv was not connected to cable. That was in the description but just putting it out there in case someone with kids wants tv at bedtime. Another thing I would have liked in the bedroom was a full length mirror. The only mirror in the room had the tv in front of it. The kitchen seemed to be pretty well stocked but we didn’t cook so I can’t say for sure. Would like to have had a Keurig type coffee pot since some of us drink coffee throughout the day. Overall it is a wonderful condo and I highly recommend. I gave a 4 star for clean for the stained carpet but seemed to be pretty clean other than that. We appreciate that Chris was very easy to work with and stayed on top of keeping us informed about some parking lot issues going on during our stay.

The dining room chairs were terrible and should be replaced. The living room furniture was not comfortable at all. The carpet is very soiled. An extra set of towels in the bathrooms would be welcome. Sounds like a lot but we really enjoyed the stay and it’s close to everything.

The condo was spacious, nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Property was located close to the strip and we all appreciated the no step access. We were able to enjoy our privacy and then have a nice place to gather for games and conversation. This was our first time renting a condo in Branson. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to family and friends.

This property was literally only minutes away from every Branson venue, including the historic downtown. It easily accommodated the 3 adults and 3 grandchildren. The Manager was extremely responsive. We arrived on the hottest day of 2023 to the AC unit not functioning. The Manager had an AC repair person show up within the hour to take care of the issue. Very impressive!! We would highly recommend this property.

Overall, the condo was very nice, except the chairs around the kitchen table probably should be replaced. Two of them are elevated to the highest level and cannot be let down. They are pretty shaky and wobbly. The other thing that I noticed was the condo was basically very clean, however, The baseboards around the wall and the floor are extremely dirty. I think the walls have been freshly painted but the same baseboards were put back on place and not cleaned. And I always look in the corner behind the door in the bathroom and that’s where you can really tell if the floors have been cleaned properly. As a sidenote, the beds were very very comfortable.

We loved this place! It was clean and perfect for our needs.. 2 king beds two bathrooms…a place to sit and visit comfortably . We loved that it was so close to the shows and shopping.. a block from Walmart even! Decorated so cute. Check-in couldn’t have been easier! I will definitely stay here again if and when we come back !!!

The place was very homey, clean and best of all no step access. Easy entrance and exit and location was great. Beds were very comfortable and the place was nice decorated. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Thanks to the host for home away from home.

This is a nice property with convenient location, easy communication w property manager, easy no contact check in and out, and, overall, clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well furnished. Nice other furniture. The kitchen chairs could use some attention. They lean far back and are too high for the table. Nice window coverings throughout. Bedrooms could benefit from blackout coverings. The jetted tub and shower curtains need a more thorough or deep cleaning. Overall a nice place to stay. I would use this property again.

This property was centrally located for our activities. It was clean and comfortable, and served our purposes well.

Overall a good experience for the price. Location is a big plus as it is centrally located to everything along the strip.
