Cabin location provided easy access to downtown Gatlinburg(5-10 min) and a wonderful view of Mount Leconte. Chalet was spacious with full amenities, game room, three outdoor decks, hot tub and bright, mountain themed decor. Very well maintained and the rental staff was extremely efficient and pleasant in answering our questions and addressing any needs we had.
The pool and recreation area was within two minutes of the chalet, well maintained and staffed at all times.
Would completely recommend this and am looking forward to coming again in the fall (already booked!)!

Overall stay was pleasant. Only complaint was that the outside trash bins should have been emptied during the week. We had a large group therefore we accumulated a lot of trash. Unfortunately we had to leave trash bags in the kitchen because there wasn’t any room In outside bin.

This property is very nice. It was clean and comfortable. We saw bears from the balcony two different days.

This cabin exceeded our expectations. The view were gorgeous. The Christmas tree and decor throughout was a beautiful touch which made us feel warm and fuzzy! We even saw fireworks on NYE from the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed which allowed us to cook up delicious meals for our family. We felt safe and right at home here. Cheryl and Pam were incredibly helpful and everyone was so accommodating. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Great location, though going up the mountain was tight! Beautiful view, close to many indoor and outdoor fun, spacious, comfortable, clean, and very enjoyable.

Total of 7 of us stayed here and we had a great time! Loved the view and the hot tub. We were provided with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals. The house was clean when we checked in and the check in and check out process was easy. We would stay here again!

Main floor has open floor plan that everyone enjoyed, the balconies were awesome. So clean and spacious!

Need to bring everything you need on a daily basis. Example…Dishwasher only had 2 uses with what was provided for a weeks stay for a family of 10. Towels need to be updated. Gas grill’s propane tank was empty but was replaced the next day. Grease pan needed to be emptied, grease was over flowing. Large house nice kitchen set up for gathering. Everyone enjoyed their stay. 2 Outdoor lights were burnt out on main deck I called to report when we left but no one answered the phones that morning around 10:00. The toilet paper holder on the first floor also needs attention different anchors need to be used pulls away from placement. The bathtub also needs caulk you can see space at the floor and the flooring around that area moves.

Very spacious home with lots of room to spread out. The location is very convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

I had an issue booking through VRBO so I called the Mountain Laurel office and they cleared up my issues & were extremely kind & accommodating.

The cabin was great. The views are breath taking and so close to the city. We did have a bear come into the drive way which you should expect. And the office is only a short drive from the house. 5 stars all around. Don’t waste your time looking for any other cabin if you are looking for a great 5BR 4BA

They provided a wonderful view of the bears who were very active. Be sure to follow directions and lock your car doors. One of cars was left unlocked and the bears did open the door, but didn't harm anything. Parking (and turn around area) was good. This property is very close to the pool and tennis courts.

The only negative is the check-in/check-out COVID procedures. Lack of extra blankets, towel service and having to return a paper pool pass to the office at checkout were a hassle that seemed unnecessary.
