Very nice, modern room close to the city center. The mattress was not too soft, felt quite new. We really liked. Great value for the price.

Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, piękny widok z okna. Po tym jak minęła doba hotelowa, jest miejsce na zostawienie bagaży.

W pokoju były tylko 2 papierowe kubki i 2 kapsułki do ekspresu do kawy. Było to uzupełniane codziennie, ale uważam, że po 1 sztuce na osobę to trochę mało. Podłoga w pokoju była niezbyt czysta. Trochę chłodno, cały pobyt dogrzewaliśmy klimatyzacją.

Все сподобалось і дуже. Но найбільш це розкішне вікно 6 метрів заввишки з французьким балконом з видом на театр. Готель розташований у історичному будинку з дуже високими стелями, з дуже минималістичним дизайном . В номерах так же є кофемашина Nespresso і бутилка води. Дуже велике ліжко з якісними подушками. Вхід до готелю по коду, все просто и швидко, приїхав ввів свій код, який приходе на почту і все. Дуже рекомендую. Так же всього одна хвилина пішки до автобуса в Аєропорт Бергамо.

I loved the location and the interior design! The main shopping street with tons of shops, different cafes and restaurants, food stores are very close to the property, within a 5-10 min walk. And it’s very easy to get from the airport to the apartment using public transport. The bed is very comfortable, I had some wonderful sleep at night! And the bathroom contains all the necessary complementary hygiene products.

Since the property is located right in the city center, it’s pretty noisy in the evening and at night. But the bed was so comfy that I managed to sleep very sound.

Location was great, room was a good size, very clean and comfortable, easy check in.

Cost was steep for one night, I did book fairly last minute so that may have been why but it still seemed expensive.

I was reserved about the self check in, but here it was really well implemented. You should see my face when the street door opened just by itself :) Room was perfect - clean, well stocked. Three pillows for each of us. Bathroom was big. Location was beautiful. Would definitely visit again.

We were two guests - it would be good to have two blankets. Shower cabin floor was a bit slippery.

- I did not experience real customer service, not by call, not by chat - it's in a no traffic zone and there is no real help how to get to the location, nor parking without crossing the no traffic zone - the bathroom, the handle of the bathroom tap fell of and the shower door makes a lot of noise

Modern and clean and the location is fantastic

Very nice interior style. Position is strategically close to the station and to the city center of the "lower city" as well. The room came with free water and espresso coffee. Self check-in is practical.

Could have been cleaner: we found a coackroach walking in the room, some pieces of hair on the towels, and a stain on one towel (probably lipstick, we are pretty sure it had gone through a washing but seeing the stain didn't give the expected impression of cleanliness). Air conditioning air flow was hitting the bed directly so I had to turn if off for the night (I don't like having it hitting me right away).

The location is great and the self check-in worked perfectly. You have a parking spaces nearby which costs 15 EUR per day and check-in is also possible after 10pm. The room we booked was very nice with a big bathroom and sufficient space and you do not hear any noise from outside even though there are some restaurants and bars outside.

The only negative point are the e-mails you receive before the stay with information about the appartments which are in Italian.

Great location, easy to check in, really modern and clean, comfy bed, coffee machine and free bottle of water. We loved our stay here!

The room was very big and clean, comfy bed, nice bathroom and great location opposite the theatre next to the markets. If I go back to Bergamo I’ll definitely stay here again!

very centrally located, clean lines and design in what was a spacious comfortable and ideal location!

nothing much really - only small things! the floor was not swept - as we got a lot of dust on our socks and one window the putter cover would not open! but we loved the apartment and location! it was not obvious to type the code into the door handle or that you need to touch the door handle to have the screen on the door handle illuminate! we love our stay and hope these suggestion help to make it even more lovely

The greatest point is location! It is very near to the old town and 5 mins to the train station. Not loud at all. Beds are cool, shower as well. The view from the window is great. Thanks for the coffee and tea capsules. Will definitely come back!

An excellent place to stay. Great location, very comfortable and close to everything.

As I knew in advance that there is no reception, I messaged to ask for advice on the best place to park my car. Received no reply…. ( FYI, I’d suggest parking in Parcheggio Piazza Libertà)

Unmanned reception and timed digital entry to property creates a problem for luggage storage until access to room. Fully accept that access to property is from 3.00 p.m. but a system for dropping off luggage or collection needs to be put in place.
