In het oude centrum van Bergamo, authentiek.
Heel welkom door het personeel, zeer goed ontbijt en diner.
De kamer is klein en gedateerd, maar door het personeel en het restaurant en ontbijt en de omgeving is dit geen probleem.

Sobre todo el personal. Muy atentos, amables, solícitos. La ubicación es perfecta. Buen desayuno y buena comida. Ambiente agradable para tomar algo con un aperitivo.

Siamo sulla via principale e affollata di Bergamo alta e per questo ci tornerei, ma purtroppo ci hanno dato la camera 110 la più piccola della struttura, aveva una finestra ad 1 anta, il letto erano 2 singoli vicini il bagno troppo piccolo e andrebbe rinnovato, la notte abbiamo sentito tubature dell'acqua che passavano sopra il nostro soffitto o li vicino sempre in funzione che hanno reso quasi impossibile riposare, cosa positiva era ben riscaldata, forse perché talmente piccola ! Meno male dovevamo stare lì solo 1 notte ! Probabilmente nella camere più grandi si sta anche bene !

Είναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία όλα πεντακάθαρα το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό αλλά καθαρό.
Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό !!!! όλα στη καλύτερη ποιότητα και πεντανόστιμα.
Το φαγητό απλά θεσπέσιο !!!! η καρμπονάρα η καλύτερη που έχω φάει ποτέ όπως και τα γλυκά που τα δοκιμάσαμε όλα σας προτείνω να παραγγείλετε τη πιατέλα με όλες τις γεύσεις γλυκών!!!!
Πολύ φιλικοί άνθρωποι με ζεστό και χαρούμενο χαμόγελο !!!! ο κύριος στο πρωινό, στην υποδοχή, δυστυχώς δε ρώτησα το όνομα του φοβερός !!!! καταπληκτικός !!!! υπέροχος !!!

Materac niewygodny, wysłużony. Łazienka maleńka, deska sedesowa zepsuta. Szkoda, że nie było małych, podstawowych kosmetyków i jednorazowych klapek.

Location was ideal. Room was comfortable and with a beautiful outlook over the distant hills. Staff were lovely and helpful.
Breakfast fine with wonderful coffee.
Ensuite had a thin sliding concertina door, which made privacy rather limited. A hinged door would not have been easily accommodated in the room layout, so I appreciate the reason for its installation. Perhaps other rooms have different facilities.

Main bonus is location. It is in the middle of historical center. Right on the main square!
Comfy and warm stay during winter. Comfortable bed. Welcoming personnel. Breakfast was normal. Fruits, yogurts, couple of cold cuts and cheeses, coffee and tea.
Hotel has no elevator. And room had sliding door to the bathroom and that thing has no soundproofing at all.

The staff was super friendly, the room was very large, the room was very comfortable, it is very well located. The restaurant was under renovation, we couldn't enjoy it, so we will definitely come back to try their delicious food!

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the old city center! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious with good coffee. Our room was comfortable with a nice view of the hills.
Bathroom was a bit old, but was very clean and perfect for our needs.

Excellent location, in the heart of the old two and close to all restaurants, bars and main attractions. The breakfast was modest, but it has everything you need! The staff was helpful and friendly! Easy to reach from the airport by bus.

The staff: very friendly, helpful, informative. even over the Christmas period they couldn’t do more for us! Fantastic team. Room itself was very clean and regularly cleaned, and very comfortable.
Just two minor things: Would have been handy to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room although fresh coffee was always available at the Front Desk. Also could hear people talking/snoring/using toilet/making love(!) in the next room so I guess the walls are a little thin or these guys were a little loud! But the positives way outweighed these negatives.
