Great apartment and all the essentials you need. we are a family of five and there was plenty of room.

For the one night we were here, the neighbours very noisy until 3am.

Well, the apartment was just not a place to really relax and spent time. It's very basic and feels like they just set it up to receive tourists for a night. Not super cosy

Fantastic property in a fantastic location. very clean, well equipped with quality items and the beds were very comfortable. I particularly loved the 2 rooms in the attic.

The outside light was movement activated so you couldn't sit outside in the evening, without getting up every 5 minutes to turn it back on. Also, the outdoor furniture was very uncomfortable.

The location was very useful for the central Lille sites, food and restaurants. As it was weekend, we got overnight on street parking outside for free as well. The interior was finished to a high standard, clean and comfortable.

The fans were inadequate. I had mistakenly though the place had air-conditioning but it only had two fans, one moved along the floor on its own due to a defect and had to be held in place with a laptop case.

the communal area is quite small for 6 guests. there’s a sofa enough to fit 2 ppl. kitchenette is ok for a short stay if u just use it to prep breakfast / something light.

Location was perfect. 5 mins walk from the city. 15 mins walk from the station.

Easy access, great location, the facilities inside the apartment are excellent. Depending on which apartment you get, the sofa-bed may be uncomfortable.

Before booking via Booking.com, make sure to check the pictures of the rooms on their website. The website shows each room separately. The pictures on Booking.com do not show the separate rooms, which is misleading and makes the space look much larger than it really is. We initially booked a room too small for our group because of this, but after lengthy negotiations with the host we were accommodated in a second apartment (we did have to pay some extra).

The 'hotel' is basically a set of rooms in an old building. Very convenient place to stay with big family or friends. The bigger room is good for dinner/drinks, other rooms are close. Kitchen have everything needed. Rooms were clean. The location is close to the center and to river/park. We're lucky to part on street in front of the hotel. Parking during the weekend is free there. There are other parking options available around.

Not critical, but still worth mentioning. The sofas are not very comfortable. House is old and it means every step is making a squeak.

Good location

Parking is very difficult and that is not made sufficiently clear. Tricky if you are loading and u loading . Not very well maintained. There was a socket with the wires hanging out which had been taped to the wall and had fallen away. The toilet is downstairs and again. And what’s with toilets and bathrooms being so far !!! How unhygienic.

Everything was great at the property. The stuff was super kind and nice, we could check-in at 11am instead of 3pm free of charge. Location is amazing, close to the park and the heart of the old town.

Towels and sheets are available. System (with code) to enter appartement is really easy and practical.
