Good location, clean house, great stay.

Great space. We had 6 adults one our side and 5 on the other. Did not feel crowded when we were all together.

Great location, plenty of parking. Unit B is dated and has some worn areas, overall it is a good property but I wouldn’t classify as luxury.

Our family of 9 adults and 4 children recently stayed at the Downtown Luxury Retreat in Austin for three nights in June. Although the property didn't quite live up to its "Luxury Retreat" title, it had some positive aspects. The duplex was spacious, accommodating our large group comfortably. Having four master suites with attached bathrooms was nice. Plus, the location near downtown was a definite advantage. Considering it was summertime in Austin, the quick drive to Barton Springs Pool was just what we needed to escape the heat. The property management team was quick to respond to texts. However, there were a few drawbacks. There were several additional fees for extra guests, early check-in, cleaning, and accidental damage waiver, which were all disclosed at the booking, but I should have reviewed them more carefully. The internet speed was also disappointingly slow, which posed some challenges for our tech-reliant family. Lastly, when retrieving the remote underneath the couch, I was surprised to discover how dirty it was. The visible portions of the house like counters and floors appeared nice a clean. Overall, the stay was a positive experience but wasn’t a "Luxury Retreat" in our opinion.

This property worked well for our ACL weekend needs. Perfect for adults and adult kids to have their own space and room for a long music festival. Although pricey for a weekend, the accommodations and location for ACL is recommended.

The house was very clean and well maintained. the back yard was a fun place to hang out and spend time. Rooms were clean and the beds were great!

We hosted a joint Bachelor/Bachelorette party here and it could not have gone better! The duplex layout made it really convenient.

We were very comfortable here and there was plenty of space for everyone.

It was nice to have 4 master suites with their own bathrooms. However, that did mean some of the people with master suites had to share their bathrooms with the people staying in the 2-double-bed rooms. Other than that, the duplex setup was nice - having two kitchens and two living spaces.

Location was great as was the space. The 2 separate units worked out perfectly for our group of 12. Very clean and well stocked!

Was in Austin for a large family wedding and this was the perfect space for us to be comfortable and relaxed between events.

We had so much fun staying here! Only thing is there weren’t any picnic tables in the backyard. But the beds were so comfortable and everything was very clean!

This place was perfect!!! Plenty beds and space to accommodate large groups and it is in the perfect location. It really made our first trip to Austin a memorable one! Highly recommend staying there.

This rental was perfect for hosting our group of ten. While we didn't realize the two units weren't connected internally, we all enjoyed the space and fit very comfortably. The rental is a quick uber away from many Austin attractions - just know it is not walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, or downtown. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay for family and friends. Everything was very clean and orderly.

The location was wonderful! Great space for both families in the duplex. One of the microwaves a d dishwashers wasn’t working and the rugs were pretty dirty (we have a crawling child so we noticed that quickly). The property manager answered extremely quickly and offered to come fix both items! Great customer service.

Clean, quiet, and pleasant. The property was perfect for our mini family reunion. The duplex layout, with the shared backyard, gives just the right amount of closeness and privacy for an enjoyable multi-day event. The property manager was very responsive with all of my inquiries.

We traveled from three different locations and found the space perfect for our mini-reunion. I loved that we could easily walk to the park and get almost anywhere in 10 minutes. Very clean, and modern decor. We would certainly stay again.

Great location, clean, responds promptly. We had a great time! Magnolia Café up the street is a great 24 hr restaurant. Uber rides to DT Austin were reasonable. Beautiful trails across the street that will bring you to DT Austin. We had a blast!
