WiFi without password, clean bed, good pillows, good shower, good parking and location

Gym equipment didn’t work, outdated. Water Stains on the roof at the breakfast area. Stains on the majority of the chairs at the breakfast area, fruits were rotten, bad coffee

My check in person was very friendly and helpful.

Sofa bed didn’t let out in my room. It was stuck.

The rooms were really clean and neat. Had amazing service and great parking.

The cleanliness of the room. The carpets were too dirty.

The staff very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was fine, but I wish they had eggs, sausage, and bacon besides pancakes, dry cereal, yogurt, and breakfast pastries. The room was a nice size with a couch, that had a privacy panel from the bed. There were stools and a countertop to eat at. It was overall a very nice place to stay for the price.

The computer was down when we got there, so we had to wait to check in. The swimming pool wasn't cleaned out of debris and the jets didn't work or couldn't turn it on because the knob was missing. The water was clean, but there was dirt, leaves and used chewing gum in, or near the pool both days of my stay. I had hoped it would have been on the same side of the interstate as the hospital we were going visit my grandson at. Commuting between them was difficult, and toll roads between our destinations. The upholstery on the couch was somewhat dirty or stained. No freezer in the fridge to refreeze my ice packs. I wish that I could have gotten a room near the elevator instead of almost to the end of the hall because I have trouble walking long distances. I didn't like that there wasn't separate lighting on either side of the bed instead of one long strip of lighting above the bed, either on or off for the whole thing and couldn't at least dim it.

Very creepy place. Felt like a pay by the hour motel. I was awakened at 12.30 am with knocking at my door, multiple times. Had to call front desk. I will never stay at another microtel.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

All the brown decor made the room and the hallways pretty dark. Put a damper in my mood. The room was decent but still kind of outdated.
