Nice, modern home with plenty of room in a perfect location.

We've stayed at many rentals on the SH area, and this one, by far, is the best! Tastefully decorated; lots of bedroom storage; a fully-equipped kitchen; and abundant space. Close to the Blue Stairs and Kids Corner. We had multiple generations with us, and we never felt crowded. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and relaxing on the back patio (the picnic table is a plus!). I was booking next year's stay on our drive home!

Our stay at this Beachwalk Property was absolutely perfect! For starters, the house is a half block to our favorite park in Michigan Kid’s Corner, and then one block to the beach!!! The house is immaculate, furnished very nicely, and very spacious. It is stocked with everything you need from kitchen spices to laundry and dishwater detergent, not to mention a ton of FUN board games! The ping pong table was a huge hit with our kids as well! If you’re looking for a house in SoHa, look no further and book this property!!!!

This is our second stay here and this time was as perfect as the first. The house is immaculate and set up perfectly for a group. The town of South Haven is close and fun to visit. The beach is just a block away and is beautiful. We love it here, Highly recommend!

We rented this home for a bride and her party to stay at. They absolutely loved it. There were enough rooms for everyone to have their space and when the hair and make up crew came, it was perfect for them to set up in the spacious kitchen area to work. Not to mention we our families rented 4 houses and they were all within walking distance from each other. It could not have been more perfect. Thank you.

We’ve stayed here before but things have seemed to slip a bit. There was dog hair all over the filthy floor and on the beds… mold in the downstairs bathroom. But the house is beautiful and so close to the beach!

This property is exactly what you want. There was plenty of room for three family with kids ages 1-12. The walk to the beach was easy for the 4 year old and the 72 year old. I highly recommend staying here!!

Great new home in perfect condition. The kitchen has every amenity needed. Bathrooms are nicely decorated, clean, and linens provided. The proximity to Kids Corner playground was great for us. The beach was also great and not crowded. There are many steps to the beach though so we would leave our beach wagon at the top of the steps and carry everything down. However, the house is within walking distance to South Beach, which also has a playground and you can take your wagon directly to the beach area. Just a lot less crowded at the Kids Corner beach... The neighborhood is lovely and perfect for walks. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful and well maintained. We had a large group and the location was perfect for us! The house was clean and the property management was very helpful.

We absolutely loved this house. There is plenty of room to spread out with bedrooms on 3 different floors. The finishes in the house were gorgeous. The location was perfect. I was considering staying closer to the beach, but in the end, I was glad we didn't. This house is in a quiet neighborhood yet literally minutes to everything. My kids went to the playground multiple times a day...it was a 2 minute walk. My only note to future guests is that there is a beach at the end of the road past the playground BUT you have to go down several flights of steps to get to it. If anyone in your party has trouble with steps, pick another beach. Otherwise, we will be back for sure. It was wonderful!!

I don’t want to say how nice this house is because if I do it will always be full. And we want to come back! But I have to be honest and say this is the nicest VRBO we have ever rented. Everything was perfect. The home, the amenities, the location, the rental staff. All was perfect. We loved our fall break and we can’t wait to come back. So please don’t book it all up!

Family getaway to South Haven. House was great size, updated decor, close walk to beach and downtown South Haven. Could have used less twin beds, more double beds, more TVs for bedrooms and elimination of cable tv. Smart TVs with apps would have been nice for wat Hong movies with family

The home was immaculate with wonderful amenities and provided more than enough room for our family. Great location; very short walk the the beach, the children’s playground or a stroll downtown.

Enjoyed everything about the week and this property. Great location and really nice house and decorated really nice. They’ve thought of everything. Our only disappointment was the bed sheets had long black dog hairs. We had to rewash the bed sheets before we slept in the bed. The carpet on the stairs also had the long black dog hairs. Otherwise we loved the house.

We had an excellent time in South Haven. The house was as advertised. Clean and spacious with a location close to Kids Corner park, the lake, and downtown area. We could not have been happier with our stay and would recommend to anyone.

We rented this home with friends for a week in South Haven. The property and home are beautiful. Accommodations were immaculate and incredibly comfortable. Easy walk to the children’s park and beach, as well as to town. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully stay again in the future.

It was difficult deciding if we wanted to stay in and enjoy the house or go out and enjoy the beach. The neighborhood was awesome! If you're a cook, bring your own knives. There aren't any that are good for chopping veggies or cutting meats. If that's the only bad thing I can say about the entire place, then you're batting a thousand!

We had the perfect family getaway and this rental was all we imagined! The home was just as described in the listing. Being a block from the beach and park was key for our families with little kids. The home was well equipped with all we needed for our stay. The home was very clean and well maintained. Check in/out process was incredibly easy. We would definitely stay here again if we return to South Haven in the future!

We greatly enjoyed our vacation time here - everything was well kept and we very much enjoyed the amenities of the home. Would absolutely return in the future.

This was a very nice house with room for 5 different parts of my family. The 4 floors and 5 bathrooms made it easy for all of us to stay comfortably. The location was perfect near the kids corner park and just over a block to the blue stairs and beautiful Lake Michigan. Location is great, easy walk to the beach. House was clean and beautifully maintained. Renter was responsive, check in process seamless.

Location 1 block from beach and 1/2 block from playground was great! House is beautiful. Being new, it was missing a few comforts of home like a cutting board and child’s step stool, but luckily there were superstores close by. Important note: Shades on the windows do not keep out morning light, so hopefully you are a morning person! We bought blackout panels to temporarily hang for our son to prevent a 5:30 am wake-up time! Property management company was very responsive and available.
