We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very spacious and was at a great location. The views were beautiful. The parking was very convenient. We would definitely stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was lovely and very comfortable. The pool area was great! Close proximity to many restaurants and shops. The highlight of our week was our very close encounter with a small group of manatees while swimming at Madiera Beach. Relaxing vacation. We will be back!

The unit was just the right size for our family (5 adults) reunion/vacay. Enjoyed the convenient location, beach, John's pass. And the sunsets on the beach were simply spectacular. Thanks for hosting us!

The condo is so nice and well maintained. It’s a perfect location! Within walking distance to the beach and St. John’s Pass. The Mad Cantina next door is sooooooo good! Pool and hot tub are nice and clean. Will definitely return!

This was a great rental. Location was excellent Rooms were comfortable and nice. The only things that I didn't like was that there was fresh pet urine 10 feet from our room. I'm assuming that this was from an owners pet as these are condos rented out. And that they make no accommodations for the 3 bedrooms that sleep 8. We had 7. We needed 2 vehicles yo move people around, but couldn't afford the parking that the city has at $3 an hour. That's $72 a day for parking. I would have been more than happy to park a 2nd vehicle behind the building where there was 4 parking spaces. But I do think this rental was well worth the money and was Great

Nice location, spacious. Included beach amenities. Only had parking for 1 vehicle which was inconvenient.

Just a short walk to the beach and the beach chairs were in the unit. Comfy bed.

Our first day the toilet was not working and leaking. Our second day the shower was plugged. It was my daughter’s wedding and we were unable to get ready properly. It took 8 hours for someone to come and fix it. When they arrived we were trying to get ready and they were in our way.

We enjoyed our stay at Madeira Bay Resort. The location is conveniently located near restaurants and the beach. Great walkability.

The condo was nicely decorated, very roomy, comfortable and well stocked for family fun. Board games, beach chairs, towels and accessories. The pool area was a small but recently renovated and looks great. Location is excellent. Only 428 steps to The Bamboo Bar and John’s Pass. Rebooked for next year

Our stay was amazing The sunrise from our balcony was breath taking Unit was clean and very comfortable Only thing is the pots and pans could be updated and a bigger sauce pan to cook pasta in would be good Would totally Rent again

Large condo with enough room for the 4 adult family members on our trip. Everything worked well and we alerted the management to a door which did not work (but didn’t interfere with our stay). Very clean. Had lots of beach chairs and beach umbrellas to use. Included beach towels which was nice. Not a lot of extra blankets but no one seemed to mind but me. View of the intercoastal waterway was terrific and only steps to the beach. We enjoyed the short walk to John’s Pass shopping village. Condo was just as advertised. I’d rent it again for our next trip.

This place is lovely and would have liked to stay longer if our itinerary allowed it. Great as a base for the Keys, we went to Key West for the day and the drive there and back was short enough. Apartments are well appointed although the bed couch in the lounge area was well used and not comfy for my youngest son. Just needs to be replaced really. Kitchens have all you need, here in the UK we quite often include the option of a "Welcome Basket" with a few bits and pieces in like - milk, bread. cheese, etc just to get the person started, this would be a good idea as nothing really that close for items. Rooms are top rate though; bathrooms are clean and have all you need. Pool area lovely, I thought the pool may be heated but it was warmer mid evening, beach area is in the process of being tidied up. I would stay here again for the right price!

We loved this apartment. It had everything in it and it was close to the beach and restaurants, we really had a good time !

Enjoyed our trip. Beach was a 5 minute walk.

The place was perfect for our girl trip. We enjoyed the sunrise on the balcony overlooking the marina. The beach was a short walk across the street. It was also walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. The closet has three beach towels, many beach chairs, an umbrella and a wagon. The place was well clean and the beds were comfortable.

We had the best little vacation at this property. I think it looks better in person than in the photos. Our car broke down and we were able to walk everywhere. It is so convenient to the beach. They had everything you need for the beach (chairs etc). The place was spotless! Check-in was a breeze. We walked for hours every morning. This place is a little gem!!

We traveled to Madeira Beach with our family of four (kids ages 4 and 7). This condo was fantastic! It was clean, spacious, and the location to the beach and shopping was excellent! It also had everything you needed for a day on the beach. The balconies out back were a wonderful place to spend the evenings. We were even able to watch manatees down below a couple of the nights. We would highly recommend this rental for a fun Florida vacation!

Nice condo with a good floor plan and great location. This unit needed a deep clean and more maintenance e.g. fan in bathroom didn’t work, burnt out bulbs, kitchen clock needed battery. First thing we did was clean the unit even though our check in was delayed by two hours for unit cleaning. Oh well, fun vacation anyway !

The property was exactly as advertised. Spacious accommodations and our unit had everything we needed. Great location. Great beach access and within walking distance to all the food and shops you'll ever need.

The condo was immaculate, very pleased with the square footage which accommodated the four of us comfortably. Kitchen was great, but would have loved a Keurig coffee machine. Will definitely be booking again it's a perfect location across from the beach and stores.

The process was easy, the accommodations was on point. Location was perfect. The only issue I have is that they limit you to 1 parking space on property.

Met 3 friends for my first trip to the Tampa St Petersburg area. Great location and condo setup. We all had our privacy. The condo starts with bear minimum and then we couldn't leave condiments etc. That seemed like a waste. Great beach across the street. Nice pool on property. Met real nice guests and owners.

I stumbled upon this property while searching for condos in the area and so glad I found it! Condo was very clean, updated, plenty of space for our family of 4. Beds were very comfortable. Well stocked with family games as well as plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, beach umbrella, wagon etc. . . Amazing location with the beach just across the street. John's Pass only a few blocks away making it very convenient to walk to shops/restaurants. The property's pool looked pretty busy every time we walked by, but we were busy the whole week doing other activities as well as spending time at the beach, so we did not end up utilizing anyway. Check in process was very efficient. We had one small issue with the kitchen sink backing up upon our arrival. A quick phone call and maintenance was able to fix in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend this property!
