Our experience was great! The management office called to inform us that our unit was ready so we were able to check in early. This was a huge help because we were driving in from Ohio. We had one maintenance issue / request during our stay, it was addressed and resolved in a timely manner. We will definitely return.

We had a great time while we were there. Beach was not as clean as other places that we have stayed. Understand hurricane may have affected this.

Condo needs to be renovated. Shaking bunk beds, washrooms poor condition. I had to go and buy a new toaster because the one provided it was very dirty. We only liked the fact that the condo was ocean front . I had to pay a fee to Vrbo , trusting that I get a decent place.

Overall, everything was really good; we'll be back same time next year.

Overall we had a great experience that we'll never forget. Watching the sunset on the gulf with the dolphins swimming by was amazing.

Great location and amenities!

From the start the check in process could not have been easier. Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with. The moment we entered the room it was pure relaxation. We had everything we needed and this unit provided plenty of space for everyone in the family. The views were incredible, the property is beautiful and well maintained and we will definitely be back. One of the best family vacations ever!

The property was nice but had a moldy smell when we arrived. We aired ot out and it was better. The check in was kind of a pain in the butt. The coded door could have been sent and parking passes and othe info should have been left on the counter as all other properties we used in Florida.

Unit needed a thorough cleaning. Was bitten two nights in a row, by what I suspect was bedbugs. I found a review from two months prior to my stay, in which bedbugs were present. The furniture in the room was not the same as on the listing photos, which would give truth to the previous review, that they were switching furniture with other units, due to bedbugs. The unfortunate problem is that this spreads them. Praying I did not bring anything home.

Had to request floors to be mopped. They were dirty when we checked in. King bed in master bedroom very uncomfortable. Management responded quickly to get floors mopped. Also toilet in master BR stopped up. Again quick response. Otherwise nice condo.

This property was clean and conveniently located directly on the beach. It was the perfect place to stay for us.

The size was perfect for 7 people in our family, 4 adults, 2 kids and an infant. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer since we stayed 5 nights. The location was great overlooking the gulf, and we really enjoyed the huge balcony with our morning coffee.

Everything was wonderful!

My group of girlfriends and I have stayed there 2 years in a row and both stays were excellent. Our AC was not working and it was repaired quickly. Thank you for a wonderful experience once again :)

The years didn’t work at first got the problem solved. Dish washer didn’t get dishes clean so we cleaned by hand, and brought paper plates:) overall we loved this condo

Hi Kate, Thank you for providing clarification of the $70 account charge due to the damage to the wall clock. Per our phone conversation, I am providing some issues that we discussed so that a safety improvement can be made by the owner. I understand the $70 charge; however the amount seems a bit excessive for that Walmart type clock. Furthermore, the clock was not properly installed by the owner; the screw did not have a head on it to securely lock the clock in place thereby presenting a falling damage hazard to anyone who got too close to it in that corner. That corner has bar stools and chairs that make navigation a bit of a squeeze and put you close to the wall. This damage happened as we were picking up and preparing to depart. I am not looking for a refund, however I just wanted to point this out as it presents a hazard to occupants that may get too close and be injured by any sharp plastic or glass from broken wall clock. Also, the owner may want to look into the dish washer, it is extremely loud and I would not encourage anyone to run it at bed time. Some other items we noted, were the lack of beach towels, and in our experience with other rentals there was always salt ~ pepper, dish soap and coffee filters. Overall we found the place nice and we have rented places in Florida about two times per year so we do have some experience with these types of rentals. The Condo needed to be cleaner

Loved the condo, but our feet were black from walking across the floors. There were French fries and a hairbrush in the couch, and Doritos on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The tub/shower unit had black nasty stuff in the door track. Also had a broken rusted out metal chair sitting on the balcony. The location was great. The condo was spacious and had a great layout. We were just disappointed in the lack of cleanliness.

could use some new stuff. needed to call for a can opener and one of the metal chairs on deck was broke. otherwise nice decoration and comfortble beds

Would definitely book again. The location is great, clean unit, beautiful pool, fabulous beach access.

The unit was great! Everything was in great working order and the view off of the balcony was amazing. Everything that you need food and supply wise is within 2 miles of the building. Will definitely look to book here again!

This was our first time to Madeira beach and it did not disappoint. We all loved our view from the condo. The condo had plenty of room and was nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable I woke up without back pain like I do at home. We didn’t use the kitchen much. But it was nice and clean. Just a few things that told the company about there was a lamp that had been glued but still came apart a broken surge protector that needed replaced and the frosit dripped a bit in the one bathroom. Nothing that was a big deal. other then that the condo was perfect and would definitely stay there again. The view was great and we only had a very short walk to the beach.

I’ve been coming to Madeira beach since I was a kid. I love this condo complex for a variety of reasons. The location is perfect, the cabana rentals are super convenient, and the condos have always been nice. This unit was very nice. The did not have any beach towels, beach toys, or chairs for you to use so definitely plan ahead for that. You will also have to buy your own spices, laundry detergent and dishwasher soap, in addition to the normal items you would buy at the store for your stay. The floors also made your feet black when you would walk around barefoot. We weren’t sure if it was from the balcony or if the cleaning service just didn’t clean the floors well. Overall it was a good experience. Would definitely stay at the complex again.

Right on the beach. Condo is located within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Good size condo outfitted with everything you need. We would stay there again!

The overall stay here was nice, but the property had its issues. The pool and beach are not private as indicated in the description. Often times the pool was crowded, as we watched from the balcony as others would cross the street and enter the pool and beach area. The stove in the condo was very nasty and had not been cleaned in while, it stunk to use it. The floors were nasty as well, after a shower your bare feet was black in a short while. The two double beds are not the best comfort for sleeping. The water was a little trashy with sea debris. The red tide made it fun coughing most of the time, but that is part of it that can't be helped. Then you have the hammering and drilling on the patio, as your 40 feet away on the beach from the workers for 2 days of your vacation. Now with highlights of the good things. We were very close to dining, shopping, and other after beach activities. The condo was large enough for four adults and two kids. The view was the greatest of any we stayed at yet!

The property was okay We didn't like the location of the pool. The kitchen did not have a good selection and you definately need to get basics to start.( aka salt, pepper etc.)The unit was large and beautiful but the tile floors were pretty dirty. Beautiful location on the beach, real close to water. Yes, I would stay again!

Great location and awesome stay!

Las Brisas is a great location. This unit was not available for check-in at 3pm. Had to make two trips to the office, down the road, to get check-in package. Unit is very nice. However, Air Conditioning can not be set below 72 degrees, and actually only cools to 74. Would consider staying again.

This was the 2nd year we’ve stayed in this condo. It is perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back again next year!

This was our third time staying at Las Brisas. The first two times we had a great stay with no issues. The second day in unit 207 we noticed that the electrical outlets were cutting off and on. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom would cut off and on by itself. The lights would flicker and the kids couldn’t use their xbox due to the electrical issues. We contacted the office and they sent someone to come look at it the next day. We were at the beach and didn’t know that he was coming, but the kids were in the unit and told him what was going on. The guy just said well it’s working now and left. I honestly felt like he should of called us so we could come up to the room and show him what was going on. We called the office when we left to inform them that nothing was done and that we were worried that this could be a fire issue. I loved the complex and proximity to the beach but when you pay 2600 for vacation you shouldn’t have electrical issues like this.
