beautiful place. was quite dirty on floors and needed some maintenance. recommended servicing or replacing bbq to owner.still dont know if thats done.definitely prime location and well equipped.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay in this fantastic rental. While the photos are spot on, it's even more impressive in person. The place has been beautifully remodeled and is super comfortable, whether you're enjoying the space indoors or on any of the 3 decks. The location is fantastic, right on the town's adorable main street, in walking distance of everything. The owner/host is wonderful, super attentive and accommodating. We cannot recommend this location or rental property enough and already plan to return next year.

From initial booking to unlocking the door was an efficient process. The homeowner was quick to respond to any questions. The home was immaculate, well stocked with pantry items and included laundry on site. The top back deck had a lovely afternoon/evening view of the dock. We were comfortable surrounded by quality furnishings and finishes throughout the home. We enjoyed room for everyone to have their quiet space and easily walked the down town often and to the Algonquin Resort.

We had a lovely weekend. This house is the perfect size for a family, lovely setup and comfy all around.

This was our second stay at this property. Beautifully styled with thoughtful touches. We love being close to the local coffee shop and our favourite restaurant in the area. Check in and out was seamless and the property owner was quick to respond. We can’t wait to return for another stay.

Beautiful cottage! Very well equipped! Close walking distance to Algonquin and down town restaurants and pubs. Love the view, sounds and smell of the St. Croix.

Very clean & roomy. Right in the towns decor. Trees should be cut back a bit as it obstructs the view on the top & lower balconies, but as I said very clean & roomy which is what anyone wants when booking a rental.

Once a year my friends & I plan a girls getaway. Of all the places we've stayed over the years, this was by far the nicest one yet. We lacked for absolutely nothing. Our beds were super comfortable, the decks were great for reading, sunning, eating, people watching or just enjoying the fabulous view We were close to the downtown & walked most everywhere. Wonderful restaurants in walking distance. We would highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

We very much enjoyed our stay it was a perfect house for 2 couples totally enjoyed The kitchen living room with fireplace all 3 decks and the beds were very comfortable

The house itself was absolutely beautiful and tastefully decorated. We felt that, for the price we paid, there were things that should have been attended to that weren't. The patio door did not lock, the privacy screens on the patio did not work, there was not a lot of toilet paper supplied for the amount of women, the screens were broken in the patio doors so we had a visit from a wasp, the parking was a huge hassle(the one spot dedicated for the house was taken when we arrived until the following day then the second day someone parked so crooked we couldn't get into the spot). The lack of representation of local shops' products was disappointing, also. Overall, we felt that we did not get our money's worth. While we enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home, the small things that were broken and/our missing made us feel over charged.

This is a beautifully decorated, nice-sized rental with great indoor and outdoor space to enjoy the salt air and sights of St. Andrew’s. The vacation destination is well appointed and has everything visitors could possibly need within reach. Loved the decor especially!

While staying at the Gulls landing guest cottage, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful decor. Relaxing and clean cottage, with a perfect combination of outdoor space. Location was ideal, only moments away from everything you need. We will definitely be back! So very happy with our stay.

Gulls Landing was the perfect staycation choice for our family. The cottage is simply lovely with bedrooms and main bath upstairs and the open concept kitchen/livingroom on the main level. It was the perfect jumping off point, being so centrally located, for our daily biking, beach combing and golf. Restaurants, shops, and groceries are all within walking distance of this vacation gem. If we had one suggestion, granted a small one, we could have used an instruction sheet to get the TV working! We will definitely book Gulls Landing again!

Great location on water street with an essentially new interior. Very well equipped and comfortable right in the middle of the shopping district close to several good restaurants. The whale watching trip is a true highlight. Things to improve: the living room chandelier needs to be higher up, its too easy to run into, tv could use a Netflix account or at least access to Netflix and amazon prime. After all most of us already have these accounts, just need a way to log in.

Karen and Dave's house is truly lovely. Four of us stayed (two couples) and loved every minute of it. The house is very well appointed with all the extra touches (no need to get dishwashing liquid or laundry soap - all supplied). The upper and lower decks have a wonderful view of the harbour (especially the upper). We had trouble figuring out the TV (no youngsters with us). Karen e-mailed back and forth with us until we got it. Her patience was much appreciated. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance of many nice restaurants, the lovely Kingsbrae gardens and some nice shops. We biked around town and on the Van Horne trail which isn't long but is pretty and mostly paved so an easy ride. A visit to Minister's Island is well worth it. We also did a day trip to Campobello and enjoyed it very much. We were always happy to get home to Karen and Dave's beautiful house and highly recommend it as a place to relax and enjoy beautiful Saint Andrews.
