Great beach condo location. Restaurants within walking distance. All the things you need to stay for the week including beach chairs, toys, towels. Plan on buying things like toilet paper, napkins. Bring a collapsable cooler for the beach.

The unit space was good but floors were dirty and if you did not wear shoes your feet were really dirty. The TV in guest room did not work properly and the remote was taped together. Ceiling fan in living area could not be used as the fan blades were loose or missing screws so was a danager. Kitchen was lacking small bowls (for cereal or salad) and trash can was broken but we fixed it. Master bath shower was not clean and shower head was corroded. Towels and beach towels should be upgraded.Should have beach chairs for your guest to use. We still enjoyed our stay but some of the amenties noted were not there.

Property and room was very clean with great access to the beach. Short walk to John’s Pass. The family had a great time and we would definitely recommend.

Madeira Beach was a great location. The condo was great, the beach was great and the food was good. October is a great time to go because it’s not crowded we enjoyed the beach, nine straight days of great weather. I definitely will be back and hopefully will be able to get the same condo.

Location was great

This condo was well furnished, clean and had an excellent view of the beach. The bathrooms were a good size and the shower was excellent. The kitchen had all supplies that you would need and the chairs on the deck were comfortable. The management company was excellent and easy to contact. We had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back again. And the bed was very comfortable! Nice place!

Wow! The location of this condo was excellent. The beach was steps away. Not only was the beach steps away, but coffee, restaurants, and John's Pass were all within walking distance. While the condo was a bit outdated, it provided the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach.The check-in process went smoothly, and the neighborhood and surrounding condo areas were quiet at night. Would definitely recommend and would love to return soon!

Condo was as advertised, and we had a great time right on the beach. It was clean, close to John's Pass and all the activities there. The balcony was our favorite!

Excellent condo right on the beach on the gulf coast. My family loves this area and this condo did not disappoint. Condo was clean when we arrived and clearly well cared for. Accurate listing with all the amenities (all appliances you want in kitchen, washer/dryer, beach chairs/umbrella) for beach vacation for a family. Walkable or short drive to many venues (Johns Pass, smugglers cove mini golf, candy kitchen, and many restaurants). Highly recommend cafe sweet brewnette for any morning coffee/breakfast. Host provided all necessary details for stay in timely emails that made planning what to bring and checkin easy. Prompt replies to questions about the condo,etc. were appreciated. Also provided information on local travel partner, Xplorie, that offered deals on popular travel venues - saved us adult admission on few places we visited with our kids. Overall a fantastic place to stay, especially families. I would stay here again with no concerns.

This property is fantastic! Right on the beach, heated pool, parking included, secure building, washer/dryer, comfy beds, just fantastic. We had a wonderful time.

This condo is in a great location. We attended a wedding at Tide the Knot which is right down the street. The balcony is fantastic! Everything was clean. We didn’t have any issues.

Absolutely loved this place! Great location, perfect accommodations, easy to access everything all around. Can’t wait to visit again!

Our family had a wonderful time! The unit was exactly what we expected. A wonderful space located conveniently to the beach, pool and other great locations on or near Madeira Beach. The multiple passcodes to get into different areas was a little tricky at first, but our kids enjoyed the task! We also had a few maintenance issues which did not affect our stay, but we did bring to the attention of the property manager. Property manager was great at getting back to us and letting us know those items would be fixed as soon as our stay was over. Overall great space, would definitely recommend to others and look forward to someday returning!

Great view from the large balcony. Unit, utilities are complete. Very fast response from owner when a repair was needed.

Kima is a great place to vacation with family. The condo was spacious, well cleaned, and stocked for what you need on vacation that you do not need to pack. The beach supplies was a bonus for our 3 young kids. Wonderful time woukd recommend to others and stay again ourselves.

Just steps away from the beach and pool. Plenty of room for the family. Fantastic sunset view. Everything we needed to enjoy our vacation!

This property did not disappoint! Travelling from Pennsylvania we were greeted by a view of the ocean as soon as we entered the property! Unit was clean and stocked with what we needed to enjoy our stay. I reached out to the owner one time for an extra parking pass and he responded immediately. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had such a great week! The airport was just a quick Uber ride to the condo. The condo was roomy, clean and well stocked with everything from towels to dishes. Beautiful beach and pool- we will be back!

The condo is updated and really nice with a breathtaking view of the ocean. It is a corner unit with a extra large balcony that offers a panoramic view. Perfect for morning coffee. The rooms were lovely and very clean. We would definitely return.
