The property overall was a decent experience. It had plenty of space for our entire group which consisted of 3 families. Going to start with the good. Pros: Location was excellent being centered around the main strip as well as the very close to Table Rock lake and Silver Dollar City. Images of the property matched what you get when you check into the place. Loved the sunroom with views of the Thousand Hills golf resort. Gives you additional entertainment if you like to watch people try their luck at hole 15. It was spacious and the host provided plenty of essentials (coffee, towels, detergent, etc..) and toiletries. Being a complex with attached units, it was incredibly quiet which was also very nice. Cons: I’m unsure if this was just overlooked by the crew that cleans the property but the floors were sticky and turned your feet black. Definitely wore sandals or shoes while walking around inside. The pool was inconsistent with being unlocked and available for use. It was unfortunately locked on multiple attempts to access the facility. However, the property owner was quick to respond and address the situation. Lastly, you had to be quick about closing the front door to avoid the many wasps that surrounded the building. A few nests here and there and a couple rogue wasps managed to fly into the front door and gift us with their presence. That being said, it’s a unit that has potential to be phenomenal and I’m sure it is in most cases. Just a few marks off the floors.

What a great experience our family had. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 children. Had all the amenities that we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Would highly recommend if you want to be close to the attractions.

It was an amazing trip. Everything was closed by. Condo felt like home. Great place and would stay here again.

This property was everything advertised. It exceeded our expectations regarding location, space, cleanliness, parking, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was as advertised with plenty of room to cook, hang out and play. Pool was nicely remodeled and the 5 kids really enjoyed swimming. We could walk to the Titanic Museum and Aquarium. Walmart is very close and delivered our express order quickly.

The owner was great, quick responses to messages, and check-in process was all online. The house was as described, and slept all of us without any problems. I would absolutely recommend this condo to large families going to Branson. Things that we brought or bought that made our stay a little better was an air up mattress, crockpot, trash bags, and paper towels.

Loved the location, how easy it was to get there, the size, and cleanliness! The only thing was the top floor got pretty hot unless you kept the AC going downstairs. When we arrived it was 62 so we turned the heat on to 68 and the upstairs got considerably more hot than downstairs so we turned the AC on to cool down.

Amazing!! This rental was absolutely perfect for my big family to all get under the same roof for some great memories to be made. It’s conveniently located not far from Silver Dollar City. Off the strip but just up the street to all the fun as well! The space had everything we could have possibly needed for everyone to be comfy and feel like home. Would love to come back and stay here in the future!!🎄🎅❤️
