Amazing!!
The Ozarks and The Ledges never disappoints and this condo definitely didn’t disappoint!! The spaciousnesses of this unit was incredible. The deck…even more incredible. I love that there are 2 sets of bunk beds in the 1 bedroom. Although we only had 1 child with us, I could see this being a great option if you are traveling with multiple kids!!!

Condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. It was very comfortable for the 8 of us. Kitchen was well equipped.

Great location!
This was a great place to stay, the balcony was huge, it’s located where you can see the main channel, there is a boat rental not too far away, and it doesn’t take very long to get to restaurants, shopping, go carts, or just about anything else! We enjoyed watching the boat poker run take off one morning too!

Ideal Spot
The condo was very clean and had plenty of space. We had 2 toddlers and 6 adults and found it was a perfect space for all of us. The deck provided lovely views, fun boat watching, and plenty of entertainment space for the young ones. The condo accommodations were also very nice. Our group is ready to book this condo again!

We went on our first friendcation and had an absolute BLAST!!! And the condo was so nice!!!! Also the view is absolutely beautiful!!! Only thing I would change is the bed in the master bedroom. It's VERY firm. We definitely plan on going on an extended weekend next year and booking this same condo!!!

Great family trip
We had a great 4 night stay at this condo. Plenty of space for our party of 6. Wrap around deck was enjoyed in the morning and the evening. Beds were comfortable. Jason was helpful and answered questions promptly. Enjoyed the beach area the most, but pool just under condo was also fun and great for people watching. We ate in condo for most meals and found kitchen well stocked with needed items. Great trip for our 3 generation family group.

Great stay!
Amazing panoramic deck , lots and lots of spiderwebs/spiders on deck/tiki bar but it didn’t spoil the view! Had a great getaway here with our family. Kitchen was very well stocked With any kitchenware you could need! Would love to book again!

Great location and view of lake
Great location and condo for a medium group to stay. Perfect location with great views of the lake and sunsets.
Condo needs some minor maintenance but overall was great for our group.
Whirlpool tub didn’t work, couch had ripped cushions so was covered in a sheet and loose tiles in kitchen and bathroom. Not a show stopper for us but wanted people to know in case it was for them.

Great condo. Another bathroom would have been my only wish. The view and amenities were great.
The property manager was spot on. We’ve used him before and I am very impressed. He makes the process much easier. Great trip.

Nice view of the lake and our deck overlooked the pool from above. Property owner, Jason, was AWESOME to work with. One of the best equipped kitchens I have seen with the exception of having to use and buy tons of paper plates and paper bowls. Their glass plates and bowls were on the top two high shelves giving the impression they were not for use making some meals a little difficult but we survived. Beautiful condo with an amazing sunset at night. Thank you Jason for everything.

Huge deck and great location
We stayed at this unit now 2 or 3 times and really love it. The deck and views are one of the best of the Ozarks and it’s five minutes from anything you need. The owner is also super accommodating. Nice boat slip too really close to unit.

The unit was very nice and spcious, there were a few items that looked like they had been broken by previous guest but overall a very nice place to stay.

Amazing View!
We stayed here a couple of weekends ago for 2 nights. The view was amazing! The sunset on the deck was breathtaking. We loved the bunk bed room for the kids. Having the pool directly below the deck was a bonus because we could communicate with other members of our party easily. We rented a boat for a day from a location in the same cove which was super convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing sunset view!
This is an excellent place to stay! Was clean upon arrival. Had good space for 4 adults and 5 children. The view from the deck was great all day, but the sunset was absolutely beautiful!! Pool was a little chilly but no complaints about the condo. Will definitely stay here again!

Property was great and location was excellent , close to everything we needed in 10- 15 mins .
Nice place, needs a little updating , living room furniture for sure . But overall very good. Spacious deck was wonderful and close to pool so kids loved it . We enjoyed the view every night . The grounds are well kept and maintenance people are awesome folks .
I would give 4 1/2 stars .

The condo was perfect for us!
We loved this condo. Clean, well stocked, and just what we needed. All the comforts of home. Loved the view from our deck. My elderly mom who stays out of the sun, was able to watch our crew splash around in the pool, from the deck above, and that made her happy. The boat rental place was just around the corner, and we were able to pick everyone up right at the complex. It was a short drive to town. Nice place. Would stay here again.

Very nice condo. Beds were very comfortable! Was very clean. Quick response by owner/manager. Have stayed in several vrbos and this one was by far best stocked with kitchen supplies!!
