Everything was perfect! We had two families with adult children. This place was great! There was something to do for everyone. There was so much that we had a family tournament with pickleball, Horse in the pool, soccer goal shootout, and corn hole. The house exceeded our expectations! We will definitely come back!

We stayed on this property with 6 adults & 6 kids. We loved there was so much space to hang out. The outside grill is awesome & fun space to eat outside. The kids were totally entertained outside on the soccer field, pool table room and the pool was perfect. The staff was amazing & checked in on us to see if we were all good. This is definitely a unique gem in the desert! We will be back!

This property may be ideal for a Bachelor party. However it is NOT good for families who are looking for a “care free” vacation with functioning electrical outlets and remote controls, high-end sheets & blankets (blankets are 100% polyester) and easy-to-use heating & air conditioning controls (4 zones). Worst of all, we paid extra for a HEATED swimming pool. Full payment was insisted upon prior to our arrival. The hot tub is listed under amenities BUT ... the heater only works for either the pool OR the hot tub. And so the pool is COLD when someone want to use the hot tub and the hot tub is cold when you want the pool heated. What a ripoff! We purposely emailed prior to our arrival for a confirmation that the pool would be at least 82 degrees and were informed that, yes, the pool would be 82 degrees, but no mention was made that the heater for the pool would automatically turn off when someone wanted to use the hot tub and vice versa. And by the way, there are NO JETS in the spa/hot tub! ONLY during the check-in process did we find out that heater will only work for the pool OR the hot tub but not at the same time. I have back-up documentation on all these matters. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! We NEVER would have rented this house had we known the hot tub and pool couldn’t be heated at the same time! Going in & out of pool & hot tub is our family’s most important amenity. Lastly, we had to call for maintenance almost every day to fix wireless internet, non-functioning electrical outlets, a leak in kitchen, remotes needing new batteries, etc, coffee maker is a $28 “Mr. Coffee” which tajes 29-minutes to brew & is NON-programmable, Mater bathroom has 53 drawers, all within closed cabinets. These issues should have been addressed prior to our arrival. Very disappointed in this rental. We’ve stayed in others that were far superior.

Need to come back when it is not so hot! Couldn't enjoy the amenities other than the pool as temps were too high! Hard to keep house cool!

The house was everything we expected. All those 5 star comments on here are accurate! The house is clean, comfortable, everything you need is provided (cooking tools, tons of extra blankets and towels... Luxury at its finest! We will be back SOOOOON!

The house was beautiful, comfortable and a great spot for our family get together. The house is well appointed and well stocked with most everything you could need. The views are spectacular. HolidayRental was great to work with. We would definitely rent this house again.

This property is simply amazing! It has everything you could possibly want. I can't think of one thing I would add to it. We had a great time playing pickle-ball, bags, swimming in the heated pool, the jacuzzi, bar-b-que, and the best indoor/outdoor setup I've ever experienced. I would definitely stay in this home next time I'm in Scottsdale.
