The choice of food was not great. Staff were polite and friendly but didn't seem to be particularly responsive. It was a very good job that there was a very competent bar manager on hand. The bar/restaurant area was not very warm.

Very clean and co.fortable room and ensuite. Very modern. Staff on reception were awesome. Was given a voucher for a free drink as I checked in. Also had dinner there that evening which was lovely. Was given a very large glass of Merlot in exchange for my drink voucher. Very convenient for Luton Airport!

My stay here was great! No problems at all. Was made to feel very welcome!

The staff are exemplary. The room was nice, clean and spacious.

The room was very cold and I couldn’t work out how to use the ac control. I thought the complementary toiletries could have been a bit more generous. No shower cap.

Shuttle to and from airport is a disaster. Infrequent and often full so in the morning we had to wait for third bus before there was space

The staff were lovely, the hotel was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, there was zero sound from airport or traffic outside

The sofa bed was very hard and no veggie sausages for breakfast

The room was airy and very clean. The staff in bar and restaurant were excellent in accommodating two people with coeliac and lactose intolerance.

Rooms were chilly due to over-efficicent air conditioning. Needed extra blanket

Nice, big and clean room, also bathroom is clean and good size.

The restaurant staff was terrible. Had to sit for about 10 min. at the dirty table, and nobody came to clean it up. Had to ask staff 2 times to clean the table and take the order, but the employee clearly showed that he don't want to work. Unfortunately, we left without food after a long day.

Located very near to Luton Airport with Bus stops right outside that take you either to the airport or the train station, Luton town itself etc. Transport options were good. For an airport hotel, it was very quiet and the airplane noise was not overbearing. Hotel itself is very nice with a nice style. The staff especially at the check-in desk were very friendly and accommodating. The double room is quite spacious, clean and has everything you need. Very happy with my stay and will stay again.

There was some noise disturbance during the night, seemed to be coming from the air vents or the air con. A bit annoying but didn’t last long.

The location is very close to the airport and the places that we wanted to visit. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are soundproof and quiet. Altogether the room facilities are really fine.

The behaviour of 2 staff at the restaurant during breakfast time was absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional and rude. We have paid money to have a relaxed time at the hotel and not to receive rude behaviour for no reason. I will write a separate email to the general manager about them and I don’t want to mention more here. sometimes it’s the people and their good customer service that make you to revisit a place not the building itself!

15 minutes walk from the airport, but the noise from starting planes was very limited. Beds were really big and comfortable. Quick check-in and check-out. Bus stop in front of the hotel.
