After five days of camping and hiking, this spot was the perfect place to meet up with a friend, regroup and explore Seattle. The view of Puget Sound and sunsets continued the beauty of the hiking days, but the bed and efficiency of the apartment made it oh so comfortable. It was wonderful to be able to use the washer and dryer for my clothes and minimize the need to pack more clothes. Regina communicated whenever we had a question and laid out what we needed to do before leaving. Zeke's Pizza delivered delicious pizza on our first and last night there. I highly recommend this location and place for a stay in Seattle.

Stayed here with my teen daughters for the weekend to see Taylor Swift. Loved the location. Lovely and clean space. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable as well. Regina was super helpful and made a early check-in possible for us as well. Would definitely stay again!

We just left this VRBO and had the most amazing experience. Regina was an incredible host and we took her recs each step of the way. Apartment is spotless, clean and awesome sheets and towels. Great location, easy to get in and out of Seattle and also have some time out of the city. Great location for exploring Olympic for the day. Best VRBO a experience and spot we have stayed in!

The property was well furnished with higher end items. The location in West Seattle made excursions and using the ferries/water taxis very convenient. It was a pleasure waking up to a beautiful view each morning plus the host was very knowledgeable about local restaurants and attractions.

Loved this property! Beautiful sunset views. Basement level apartment of a 3-story house in a quiet residential neighborhood. Access to the apartment required navigating a number of stairs without a railing and a gravel path. Host was always available by text/phone, but never intrusive. Very clean, with up-to-date appliances. Located just minutes away from downtown. Will definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay. Great neighborhood. Love the accommodations, very comfortable & cozy with a view of the Sound. Regina is a very good and attentive host.

The house was spotless and had lots of amenities. There was a beautiful view right out the back. Communication with the host was excellent. If you don't have a car it is quite a walk, with hills, to get to public transportation to reach restaurants, cafes, shopping. But it is a beautiful neighborhood.

We stayed the last week days of July (we could stay more days if weekends are available). We enjoyed a quiet view of the bay and mountains in backyard after each full day trip. We appreciate the owner let us laundry at late hours. The owner answered text right away which is very helpful and she provided many travel and restaurants ideas. The unit is very clean and all the equipment function perfectly. The Wi-Fi is strong. Our family of 4 are so happy to stay for our summer vacation in Seattle area.

The home has a manicured landscape (various Japanese Maples, fruit trees, and shrubs), which my family enjoyed observing. Honestly, I've visited Seattle many times before the 2020-2021 Covid lockdowns, and I wasn't fond of Downtown Seattle and the adjacent areas due to the hecticness and crime. Several times I couldn't get a good night's sleep. **Unit** The unit is modern, organized, and clean. It is definitely spacious and full of amenities. My family slept comfortably on the bed while I slept on the pull-out couch. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and plates, pots and pans, spices, and other ingredients. Seriously, I can bake bread if I want to. You have access to linens, towels, and toiletries. I seriously didn't bring any toiletries with me, so you can save yourself some luggage space. The unit has a terrific washer and dryer with detergent and fabric sheets if needed. Big plus, if you have children, coordinate with the host to secure books, toys, and a stroller. In other words, more luggage space! **Host** Simply an exceptional professional. Regina communicates quickly and responds to our inquiries promptly. My wife and I spent two nights at the "Modern West Seattle Unit". The unit was immaculate and was equipped with everything we needed. Great location and pretty view. We highly recommend this property!

I absolutely loved the view, location, and room. The only complaint I have is overhead noise. Stompy, running littles early in the morning kind of ruin the peaceful ambiance. Regardless, I would definitely stay again.

Overall the stay was relaxing & peaceful , house was so clean & neat with such a positive vibe , quiet neighbourhood , beautiful view. We totally enjoyed the stay and will be back !!
