Water all in the floor of the room, manager did nothing, people harassing my wife when at hotel alone, didn't even stay 1 night of 2 night reservation and booking.com failed to get my refund for second night

No amenities offered. But had ice and vending machines with food and drink items. I knew not to expect a whole lot at this price and price was the most important thing for me. Any other motel/hotel would have given me just as many doubts no matter the price. The same routine things go on in all motel/hotels. It was quiet and peaceful, just what I needed ..... Rest!

It would have helped to know that they had available transportation. I wasn't really sure if they did or not but did see them transport a person. A little more TV would have been nice. They need a cleaning service to clean walls, base boards, etc. It was obvious that the Inn was bought second hand and as is.

They Were RACIST , VERY RUDE &’ DISRESPECTFUL !

The fridge was rusty, leaking and had roaches coming out of it... And overall cleanliness was very poor

I didn’t like anything.

The staff was extremely rude, The rooms had stains all over the beds/ walls/ toilets, We didn’t have to check out until Noon and the employees were barging in at 11 telling us to leave.

There wasn't much I. My family and I needed a place to sleep. So i guess thats it.

The sheets had not been changes the pillows had nasty cases on them. I tried to get clean ones from the lady at the front she went and looked, they didn't have any clean so she gave me clean box spring covers. When I got back to the room I pulled the sheets off there were big stains on the mattress covers . I put down the clean boxspring covers then I went to the bathroom and the soap they put out was already open and the shampoo bottle was just water. I went and tried to get my money back and she refused. So I had to stay the night. I tried again in the morning the lady told me their wasnt a manager that I could talk to I informed her I was going to call the health department.
