Nice breakfast and very nice location! It's nice and quiet. very nice service and clean. looks very much like the pictures. Not a 5 star luxury hotel - but very nice and good value for money

the staff's english skills are not the best. There are many stairs at this hotel. There are a lot of construction work - nothing bad! but just to inform - it will be going on for months The hotel is a few kilometers from the city, you have to walk in a path, that has no lights in the evening

First experience of renting accommodation without an inside bathroom, very funny and 😣

Location is very nice. Very friendly staff. Very bad that online hailing transport is not allowed. Only scam local taxi service allowed. Out of this and totally overcrowded UBUD area I would avoid visiting at all means. Scooters everywhere, even teenage children ride them for short distance instead of walking. Price is okay what is offered.

Room was very very noisy, like neighbors are in the room. Very disappointing. Could hear every word. Moldy and could use some remodeling work. Water preasure very limited

The hotel is near the hiking route - Campuhan Ridge Walk.

The hotel's rooms have no sound insulation. I could hear EVERY WORD that my neighbors said like they were in the same room. Everything in the room is old and decrepit. The table was staggering, and I couldn't work on it. This place doesn't give you a sense of security - I left no piece of my valued belongings in the room if I left. Last but not least - this hotel is located in the area with no shops/mini markets around. You'll have no chance to go out for a snack right from the hotel room, or you'll have to walk(ride) for 40(20) minutes. All in all: these were the 2 most horrible nights while I was in Bali.

I arrived after a long travel thinking I ll find a good and quiet place but when I arrived they gave me the room that is not inside the hotel but it is outside a vitrine on the main Road with no glass so very noisy. I told them that is not what I came for and they offered to change me for another room but only if I paid the same amount I paid for two nights. In the description there is no information about this room I book that is not even part of the hotel. For instance to go to the swimming pool you have to cross by the street and re enter thw whole stairs. The key for this room is the key for a shop that was here before and hard to open the door. I was very surprised about this and disappointed the way they deal with my problematic. Very arrogant employees. After I ask for hair dryer that I saw in the other room but not in mine and at the beginning they refused to gave me one. I don’t like the way they treat me, I usually am a very chill traveler.

Swimming pool was good. Staff was supportive. Food is available in request. Payment possible with credit card.

Not suitable for family with old parents or disabled as the property have steep stairs, which is difficult to access. We were assigned a room like shop with glass door facing the road, which was difficult to close and didn't felt safe. Also open balcony & washroom with just curtains, which was not safe for family. Also property didn't complete the development, which was unappealing.

Das Frühstück war gut, leider war dies auch das einzigste positive!

Starten wir beim ankommen an der Unterkunft. Es gab leider keine Begrüßung. Wir mussten uns zuerst einmal auf die Suche nach dem Personal machen. Gebucht haben wir die Zimmerkategorie VILLA. Bei diesem Zimmer und auch dem Preis (3 Nächte 150 Euro) hätten wir eine Begrüßung/Begrüßungsgetränk schon erwartet. Aber okay :) Als wir dann endlich unser Zimmer sahen, waren wir schockiert. Es hatte NICHTS mit einer Villa oder ähnlichem zu tuen. Aber auch da hätte man noch drüber sehen können. Aber es war dermaßen dreckig und heruntergekommen, wir waren wirklich schockiert. Wir reisen seit Jahren durch Asien, aber so einen Zustand haben wir selten erlebt. Es gab auch keinerlei entgegenkommen vom Personal. Ich rate von einer Buchung in dieser Unterkunft dringend ab! Es gibt ganz tolle Unterkünfte für weit aus weniger Geld in Ubud.

Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Eher mittelmäßig: als wir ankamen, dachte ich, wir müssten auf einer Baustelle leben, die Zimmer waren dann aber ok. Mit Kindern nicht zu empfehlen: viele steile Treppen, Sicherheitsrisiko im Poolbereich (steiler Abhang ohne Absicherung)
