Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent.

Did not refund my money despite showing up and requesting for cancellation in-person after sending an online cancellation request and Booking.com just passed on the responsibility neither did Treebo help, lost money and realized how weird and unreliable these portals are

The hotel was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the staff was kind and helpful.

The place was flooded with Cockroaches. They shifted us to 3 rooms but all the rooms were filled with cockroaches.... Pathetic place...

Breakfast can be better. Please serve more tea than just 1 serving.

I want partial refund for 15th March stay because I left the hotel at 10 PM instead of 16 March check out time, due to flight booking...so I want refund for my half day stay on 15 March.. please call me

The Wi-Fi speed was good.

Bathroom was too small. There was no bath soap, bathroom was leakage so all water was coming in the room. There was no landline phone in the room. No one came for room cleaning. There was no lift.
