The location is very good. Very close to shopping places. Galleria Shopping Mall is within walking distance. An apartment that feels safe however, at first, when you first arrive, the entrance to the building seem mysterious or suspicious (There is no number or sign outside the building), but when you call the indicated phone number, the owner quickly comes and opens the door for you. The room was big enough and everything was well thought to the smallest detail. The host knows the needs of the guests very well! The room faces behind the building so there is not much noise problem, but the windows are not completely soundproof neither. The kitchen is fully functional, nothing missing. A great find in Tblisi!

The location was excellent, and the host was very friendly. The flat was warm, clean, and quiet despite its location in the very center. Very comfortable mattresses in the bed.

The flat is "a bit" old-fashioned, but it's not a big issue.

It is in Old Tbilisi City Center and accessible to everything! Carrefour, a grocery shop is about 2 minute walk! Freedom Square and Galleria Mall is just a 5-10 minute walk too! It was our Tbilisi home for 2 weeks and it checked all the boxes an apartment should provide.

Upon initial impression of the place when you enter the apartment building, one might think it's not a safe place to stay but it's just how it is built since it's in Old Tbilisi. Inside the apartment is better than the entrance, hallways and stairs. The elevator is a little bit small but it did it's job and functioning well.

Everything was awesome! Clean apartment, location, good for family to stay., the host were very accomodating and responded quickly with our needs & inquiries, especially Nata. Definitely will booked in this apartment again when we come back to Georgia & will recommend it to our friends.

No bidet, but I think mostly of the accomodation here in Georgia doesn't have it. It was an old building though, but reaching the apartment room was a surprised, it's like the saying, "dont judge the book by its cover.".

The apartment was in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and a short walk to Freedom Square. Although the building is located on a busy street, the apartment faces the rear, and there was no traffic noise at all. The apartment was well heated, warm and cosy (we were there in October/November). The wi-fi was great, there were power points by the bed, and soaps, washing powder, and detergents were all provided. There's a lift (small) which was so helpful in getting our bags upstairs. The owners were very friendly and nice to deal with.

There's not very much bench space in the kitchen and limited storage. Perhaps a larger dining table would help (there's plenty of room).

It's in the center of Tbilisi. But the center is compared to other cities in Europa or Asia, really a katastrophe, distroied, dirty. It's not a city for travel. I was dissaointed.

The owner put Fotos made with fotoshop to the booking com site!!! The appartement is in a very old unrenovated house. The stairwell is in terrible condition. Dirty old cables, stairs are partially broken. At the sailing is cement falling down, See Fotos. The appartement is very simple and not completed to stay there more than one night. At the bed is only on side table (we had to used a kitchen chaire). The "living room", dont have a side table. When you sit at the sofa, you have to put your wine or snacks to the bottom! The kitchen is very old and simple. You can't cook there because there is no space to cut some small things (onion, garlic, meet....) The all night you listen the gasboiler, switch on off, on off, on off.... All in all, the apartment does not match the photos and the "cozy" description at all. After years of traveling with booking com, this was by far the worst apartment and, on top of that, much too expensive.

the apartment was clean, location was perfect near every important place. there is a big central bus station just in front of the door which you can go anywhere but we used bolt app for taxi and bolt rates was between 4 to 10 lari from hotel to every where you want to go in the city limits, very cheap. the apartment has a private corridor which includes three apartment of cozy kanka in third floor with elevator. biggest carefour of Tbilisi is 3 min walk from property apartment has lots of natural light in the kitchen area with big windows. I recommend to add picture of the kitchen area in the booking page. beds were comfortable. design of the apartment was nice. To travelers to Georgia, please be noted many of the properties in Tbilisi and Batumi are fraud and they text you just few days before arrival or when you arrive and ask you to cancel because of some problem in their property and suggest you alternative accommodation in order to not to pay to booking.com and who knows how safe, clean or how much eventually they will charge you. i have already write a claim to booking.com as I suffered three cancellation during my trip. so apartment like Cozy kanka with honest owners are something you should not forget. only reserve places with high count of reviews generally

microwave, tray and some kitchen utensils are really needed at the property. entrance of public areas and elevator are very old and creepy but it was fine for me.

The property is just perfect for a stay in Tbilisi. It is comfortable and it has complete facilities. Further and most importantly for me, it was very central in the city. If you are like me and you like walking during those days with perfect weather (and even not so perfect weather), almost all of the interesting places around the city are within walking distance. Nata and David are an excellent team. Nata is well-informed of events in the city and she is very helpful. (This one is off-topic, but I went crazy for the Ice Wines and Late Harvest wines towards the end of my stay. Just a little tip if you like sweet wines.)

The owner is so accommodating from the point I booked the stay. Sending the location, good places and recommendations as a tourist. Place is good as it is in the center proper and a one stop shop Carefour where you can find all needs behind the building. Everything is walking distance from New district and to old tbilisi. Would definitely recommend this place!

Walking towards and exiting the Elevator is creepy. A bidet would also be a plus 😄

Really spacious and clean apartment in the center of Tbilisi. Everything is in walking distance and Nata and David were really nice even though they had to wait for us to arrive really late! They also gave us suggestions and helped us to move around easily! Totally recommend the apartment!
