Booking.com website has immediately changed misleading amenites states "breakfase included"to "breakfast" after the complaint.

I reserved a non-refundable two-bedroom suite on July 12th, which stated “breakfast included."But upon checking in on August 3rd, I discovered that breakfast was only included for one person, despite my reservation for six people. The property claimed they informed me via email after the reservation confirmation, I checked back and found that the bottom of the reservation confirmation page stated, "Free meal vouchers for one guest per booking." This is the first time I've encountered this kind of breakfast inclusion notice after completing a non-refundable full payment transaction. There was no specific disclosure of what "breakfast included" meant before payment. After 10:40 checked in, we found the shower water was lukewarm, and the hot water ran out quickly. After two people took showers, there was not enough hot water. Since the third person had already taken a cold shower, and we had another three people waiting to shower, we reported the issue to the property at 11:27 PM. The property claimed, “We have not had any problems with our hot water before so just a precaution to not take long showers on very hot water,” trying to place the error on us. But the reality was different. Only two people had taken hot showers for less than 20 minutes in total (since we had only checked in 45 minutes earlier and didn't have enough time for long showers). The maintainer came to adjust the temperature of the heater at 12:09 AM, 42 minutes after I reported the issue. Obviously, the heater was inadequate for six people to shower. I checked the reviews on Booking.com and found that I was not the only one with this problem; other people also mentioned. Additionally, after paying all the taxes and fees through Booking.com, Raspberry Garden unexpectedly requested an additional $12.01 for the hotel city tax before they would provide the door code without prior notice before the reservation.

No breakfast included. It is a nice apartment. There were finishing touches and drywall work that should be completed on this otherwise nice apartment with very comfortable beds.

Excessive cleaning fee and then the expectation that we do some of the cleaning.

This place was spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathroom had everything needed.

I didn't like the fact there wasn't televisions in the bedrooms Also the listing states there is a pool but there's not a pool. The facility suggests to go smoke at the park nearby but I don't recommend that because there's lots of small children at that park. I suggest to vape or smoke out in the public street.

I thought it was a very attractive place at a very reasonable price. It was very close to the apartments my newly married daughter lives in

The smoke alarms went off when we were cooking breakfast (bacon). We were finally able to get them to go off after opening all the windows. The alarm located in the bedroom beeped for many hours. I called the help number and they were not able to help me at all. I went and bought a new battery, replaced the old one and the beeping went off. Thank goodness! I would have had to have gone elsewhere if I would have had to try to sleep with that beeping. So, you guys need to replace the batteries in your smoke alarms on a timely basis.

Spacious and clean, good location

Super roomy and comfortable! We love the beds and the kitchen has everything you need. We needed to park our Uhaul trailer in the parking lot and the manager was very accommodating for us.

The only thing I’m disappointed about is we would like to book a night for our daughters’ graduation, but that week a 3 night minimum stay is required, but that’s it!

Only thing I was sad about was the pic showed a double shower head and our apartment didn't have one, lol.

The apartment was very comfortable with nice furnishings and decor. Enjoyed having the kitchen, extra blankets, and food recommendations. Great communication from the owner. We would stay here again in the future.

The check in did not go well. We got to town early and with no early check in available, we went for dinner and wasted a couple of hours before going to the property. We arrived at check in time and the door to our assigned apartment was open and two children were hanging out in there watching TV. They seemed clueless as to what was going on, so we just stood outside with our luggage wondering what to do. A minute later, a woman came running over from an apartment in the next building. She walks by us saying she needs 10 minutes to clean and shuts the door in our faces. At this point, it has started raining and is getting dark and very cold. We haul ourselves back to wait in our vehicle. After 20 minutes go by, my husband goes back to the apartment to see what is going on and is told 2 more minutes. 10 minutes later, everyone finally leaves and we are able to go inside. Not an impressive start to our stay.

There was an extra charge from the property, only $7, after booking with booking.com. It meant I got numerous emails following up about this charge, and I had to pay it before getting the code to the door. BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED. This should be changed on booking.com website. They provided ONE voucher per day of our stay. So for our two day stay we had ONE voucher to Denny's for a free breakfast and ONE voucher for JB's for a free breakfast. There were three of us. I didn't want to spend the extra money for two meals each day at these particular restaurants. The reservation on booking.com said breakfast was included for all of us, and it affected my decision to purchase this reservation. Having said that, we enjoyed the accommodation. It was cozy, great kitchen, two bedrooms with big nice beds.

We enjoyed our stay here! Everything is good and clean. Easy access, good location!

Suites were nicely furnished. King sized beds in each room were comfortable. Shower pressure was excellent. WiFi was strong. Appliances were new. Appreciated that the manager responded to questions promptly. Great price and highly recommended for families

A second mirror in the suite would have been helpful.

When somebody extends property never let me know I was in a different suite so I walked into somebody else’s suite. Realized it when I found their clothes

Very clean, beds super comfortable, full kitchen, lots of space, close to everything we needed, very nice/helpful staff. Had a GREAT stay!! Will definitely stay again.

Nothing. For the sake of objectivity, it should be noted that this is a large apartment with a kitchen.

The price after booking has more than doubled from what was advertised. (100 dollars taken for cleaning!!!!!) In a welcome letter, they asked not to steal things. At this price, they didn't even leave a bottle of water in the kitchen. The request to cancel the booking did not lead to a positive result, although we called and wrote to Booking.

The kitchen and laundry machine helped me a lot! Check in is easy and location is great!

It’s a nice place

I didn’t like about this place that they charge a high cleaning fee and you need to leave clean before you leave. To manny rules. Also a lot of the light fixtures didn’t work.

there was no breakfast, even though according to my booking.com reservation we were supposed to have breakfast. When I called the manager, she said that it is booking.com fault and they say that breakfast is included because there is kitchen available in the apartment. Bed sheets were very dirty, had yellow stains. Toilet seat was (apartment 11)time-worn and unpleasant to use. We were given expired pizza coupons for the nearby restaurant. Even though we were additionally charged the cleaning fee, we were 'asked' to put all the sheets in the laundry basket and throw away the garbage.

if you have a pet you are told to take them 2 blocks away to go. I felt like I wasn’t in the best neighborhood to walk alone. I was charged a $50 per animal pet fee when the booking said “no pet fee” then the owners argued with me. The house cleaner has their underage daughter helping her clean. I had a list of I had to do before checking out. Yes, I have seen this before but not when there is such a long list of things to do before you check out. The property isn’t in the best neighborhood.
