近くのDOUTORの券がセットだったのはありがたかった。 チェックアウトが楽だった。

お風呂の換気扇の音や振動が結構響く。それ以外は快適でした。

朝食付きで美味しくて良かったです。

It was clean and the room was comfy and quiet. It’s well situated in the Chinatown area. I don’t understand why people say in the comments it’s not so good. I’m used to travel and it was perfectly ok to stay there. It was safe and convenient.

I did a mistake when I booked and took a smoking room. I tried to contact the hotel by email but I never received an answer. I had to go through Booking to get a reply from the hotel, telling me they were ok to change it for a non smoking room but I had to pay a supplement for that. I was surprised that they ask for more money to just do a change between smoking and non smoking??!

The location was good.

Couldn't feel any Genius member benefit. (I'm Level 3 )
