The property and location were perfect, awesome balcony, spacious condo, walking distance to plenty of locations. I would say that the cleanliness wasn’t bad but it wasn’t perfect but everything else was amazing!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and fit our family of 8 very nicely. The property owner answered the questions we had promptly. The side balcony was our favorite morning and evening spot to view the ocean. Conveniently located and walking distance to many nice restaurants.

This condo was so convenient for our family. It had an indoor and outdoor pool and the beach was directly outside of the property. It’s walking distance from mini golf, souvenirs, ice cream, restaurants/bars, and a candy store. It has gorgeous views and was very peaceful/quiet. Mai was an outstanding host. She gave us clear instructions during the booking, leading up to our stay, and even helped us coordinate towels and linens for our unit. When I had questions, she answered within hours and checked on our stay. The unit was extremely clean and accommodated our 7 guests perfectly. Thanks, Mai! We will be back.

This was one of the best rental experiences we've ever had. Communication was excellent with quick responses to questions. And the unit is great. It was clean and well furnished. The full kitchen and cookware was great to make some meals at home. The master bedroom and bathroom is luxurious. It made for a very comfortable stay at the beach! Thank you for a great week!

We just got back from a week long stay at this condo and it was absolutely amazing, none of us wanted to leave! We were able to comfortably fit our family of 5, plus my in-laws for the week. I know that technically it can sleep way more than 7, but we all like to have our space and this condo was more than big enough to allow for that. A huge added perk for us is that 48th street has the blue handicapped access mats down to the beach, which is perfect for our disabled daughter. The owner was great about communicating with us and check in and out was a breeze. We can’t wait to come back next year!

You couldn't ask for a better place to stay! Beautiful, well decorated, and very very spacious. The balcony had the most perfect views of the ocean and the bay, a perfect place to sit after dinner with a glass of wine. The owner is extremely thoughtful and reached out to me during my stay to make sure the check in process went smoothly. It's in a great part of ocean city and it's easy to get to the inlet and to north ocean city.

The condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The kitchen area contained everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was very easy to work with and quickly responded to any messages from me. The building was clean and well kept. Parking was not a problem.

Very roomy 3 bedroom condo in a great location in OC. Several great restaurants are walkable. Only negative is the beach gear storage location is a pain to haul a lot of gear at a time.

I am so happy that I found this listing on VRBO and booked my family vacation here. I have been going to Ocean City since I was a little kid but have never stayed in a place that I like as much as this. The property is exactly as described in the listing and very well maintained. It was perfect for an extended family of 8 with small children. The kitchen is equipped with almost anything you might need for making your own breakfasts, lunches, and dinners throughout your stay. Having access to a storage locker made getting the beach a breeze and eliminated needing to bring sandy beach accessories into the condo. Moreover, the locker was stocked by the owner with chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach games and even a cart to move it all around. The unit is suited with breathtaking views of the ocean and bay, and you even have an unobstructed view all the way down to the big ferris wheel on the inlet pier. The Gateway Grand itself was amazing, from the staff working at the front desk to the weight room to the two pools. Finally, Mai Hoa was a great host to work with. She was responsive to all of my inquiries leading up the stay and quickly responded to all the questions I had (usually in under an hour).

Great location and having such an attentive owner made the stay exceptional. Clean, secure with convenient beach access. Would highly recommend.

Perfect midtown location. Easy access to beach, walking distance to dining, mini golf, ice cream and nightlife. Beautiful views of ocean and bay, the unit was well maintained and clean. We had access to the both pools and the locker with beach equipment. We couldn’t ask for an easier check in and check out. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. The staff at Gateway Grand was very kind and courteous. We had an excellent time renting this unit. Hopefully we can do it again next year.

The unit was in good condition and well appointed. Property manager was very communicative and it was nice to have the keys in advance rather than have to wait on a property manager. Gateway Grand is a great property to stay in with many amenities and a great part of town. Kitchen was well equipped. Cleaning was a little rushed to meet check in time. Would come again. Thank you!

The entire building was very nice. Having the two pools was extremely nice for rainy days. Kitchen and bedrooms were great and the room was family friendly. The locker room was great for cleaning our beach gear. Would definitely stay again!

The location itself is awesome for a young family looking to unwind, and it's not difficult to get to the boardwalk and other attractions in OC. My family, and my friend's family were able to enjoy a nice quiet day on the beach, move up to the pools for an afternoon swim, grab or make dinner, and then take the kids down to the boardwalk for an evening stroll. The condo itself is immaculate, and the amenities provided by both the host and the property were perfect for our needs. A full kitchen, many appliances that we were able to multitask and handle feeding 5 kids under 8 with different lunch requests, as well as allowing for us to make cheap dinners vs. eating out. Excellent sleeping accommodations, we were able to sleep the 3 older kids in the kids room with the bunk bed and trundle bed, and the two toddlers were able to fit in each of the parent bedrooms. Every TV is a smart TV, which was great for us logging in and loading the kids' favorite shows and movies. We loved it so much that we have already begun planning a return trip to Mai's location. We're so glad that we have found this little slice of heaven.

Beautiful condo with every amenity of home. We slept 9 very comfortably. Everyone was so refreshingly nice accommodating. Far enough away from everything to have perfect peace and private beach time early in the morning but not so far that it was a hassle to experience the boardwalk, shops, etc. It was the first vacation that didn’t thoroughly exhaust me. I can’t wait to book this place again.

Look no further. This condo is immaculate! Super clean and completely stocked kitchen. The Whole layout is perfect and beds are comfortable. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and responds ASAP. The Gateway Grand is also very clean and has a great location. Shops and restaurants within walking distance and the beach is manicured and well kept. Overall just a great place for family’s of all ages. So much to do rain or shine.

The south facing deck was warm. The condo looked loved like someone’s home. It was impeccably decorated, fully stocked, incredibly neat and clean.

Last minute plan with my parents and husband. Super happy the place was exactly as listed and more! Owner was very easy to contact and responded to me right away. The building, the apartment, indoor and outdoor pool were well maintained and clean. The views from the patio were amazing. The apartment had all the amenities that we needed and more. It was real nice that we were able to use the owner's beach chairs and umbrella on the beach. We felt very safe, the building had someone at the front desk all the time and the only way in was with a key fob. I will definitely be back! Thank you soo much for a great vacation!

Everything was very good except for the outdoor pool. It was very dirty when we got there and it took them a few days to clean it out.

Nice property

We have traveled to island resorts and many USA resorts. Nothing has come close to this. The customer service impeccable and the vacationers and/or condo owners were so friendly. This will be our go to place. Location perfect Gwen OHanlon.

Our stay at Mai’s property this week was fantastic. The unit was beautiful and comfortable for our group of adults and children. The building was beautiful with great amenities. Beautiful ocean and bay views from the balcony. The location was great and very convenient to the beach. We would highly recommend renting this unit. The host was always responsive to any questions I had. We hope to be back again for another summer vacation.

The whole family enjoyed this property and the accommodations that this condo had to offer. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.
