Everything was great ! We really enjoyed our stay!

Property was perfect for our family that hadn’t been able to get together for Christmas in several years. Location was perfect for easy access to Key Largo.

Property is great in a fantastic community. Plenty of things close by and to do within the community.

We booked a stay for 1 week and ended up staying 2 weeks because we enjoyed it so much. Jarrett was an amazing host and communicated with me throughout the stay if we had questions or needed anything. The townhouse was very clean with simple decor, which I loved. We will definently be booking again with Jarrett in the future. Book your stay, you wont regret it!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The house is updated and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. There were enough linens. The golf cart was great for making trips down to the water. We loved fishing down at the water and ending the evening in the pool. Great time!

We had a great time. The condo is nice and clean and is very near Pennekamp state park. This is a great location for boating and fishing. Don’t expect a great Florida beach as that is not what the keys are all about. Instead it’s a frat area to snorkel, scuba, fish and boat. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

The condo was perfect, lots of space for everyone. Communication with Host was great too! We would definitely stay again.

Owner was great with communicating with us while we were on the stay. They had a lot of amenities at the condo and the property is great with pools, lagoon, oceanside swimming and a marina.

We rented 2 units in Kawama Yacht Club to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary. The unit was clean and beautiful, exactly as pictured. We had a great time kayaking in the ocean and feeding the fish in the lagoon. There were so many beautiful tropical fish to see in the lagoon. The covered pavilion was a great spot for our family to gather. The host was especially kind to send back an item we forgot.

Loved the location with the jetty close to watch the sunrise and set. The pools and lagoon was nice for the kids. The golf cart was also nice to have. I would say my only complaint would be the loud air conditioner and lots of ants in the house.

The condo was true to its pictures. Spacious, with lots of balconies and living space. The kitchen was large and stocked with dishes, pots and pans and various small appliances. No pantry items were present (except for salt/pepper and coffee filters). We did appreciate the use of a cooler we found in a closet. The air conditioning system was loud- wake you up loud, but it was effective at cooling the condo. The second floor being trickier to cool but the overhead fan was helpful in that regard. The complex as a whole would be fantastic for a family with young children to entertain. The lagoon and pool were easy to access but were only minimally interesting to our teenager. We were excited to have access to watercraft but did not end up using them based on the size of the lagoon. (One double kayak and one paddleboard were present). The golf cart was fun and we used it to enjoy the sandy beach area for happy hour and to watch the sunset, but the beach was not swimmable while we were visiting. We might have initially benefitted from a map of the complex or information about the area (restaurants/things to do) but we managed without needing to reach out to the owner with any problems or concerns.

The property was very clean, easily found, in the cutest little neighborhood, and within minutes of anything and everything key largo has to offer!!

We stay at kawama every summer because we love the location and we can bring our boat and rent a slip at the marina. This was our first time staying at this unit, and in our opinion was the best. It’s been completely renovated and best of all the air conditioning units can keep up with the Florida summer. We also really enjoyed the fact that it came with a golf cart so we didn’t have to rent one. Next time we go to Key Largo, we will book this same rental.

This place was so cute and the layout was perfect to provide each person with enough space! The complex has a nice pool and we saw lots of iguanas around. Only downside was the AC in the upstairs bedroom is extremely loud, like a hurricane is blowing through! But we got used to it and we’d definitely be back to stay here.

Great townhouse for big family with kids. Multiple bathrooms with showers and two living areas. Three pools in community. Swimming lagoon was amazing spot to get in salt water… feed the tarpon for the kids, kayak and paddle board in it or just sit by beach to read. Golf cart community so the golf cart is a must. Jarrett was very responsive before we got there and had no issues during stay. Marina was also responsive before stay and had no issues renting and using our slip. Cleaning crew of townhouse could probably do better job cleaning. Surface wiped over but no deep cleaning but not a big enough deal to request a cleaning when we were there. Overall great stay and true description!

Clean, quiet and comfortable. 3 floors so ability to climb stairs is a must. Safe gated community with parking and a golf cart. Friendly neighbours. Would recommend.

Good location.

The amenities, the location, pools and beach access were great. Also having a family it was great having gates on the stairs. The unit overall was underwhelming for what we paid. We had large portions of paint missing from the walls, plus marks on all of the walls. The bathrooms were very small, air conditioning was very loud and never kept us cool. We had to buy our own toilet paper and dishwasher detergent when we arrived, it was barely stocked with amenities that were supposed to be “included”. We tried messaging the host but never received a response. Overall, I would say for what we paid it was just ok.

Great rental for a family - must be able to walk up and down lots of stairs! Photos were accurate, modern but some furnishes starting to see damage from water/moisture. Pull out coach was ROUGH but all other beds were nice, plenty of bathrooms/showers. Great washer and dryer, super cute neighborhood, great choice if you like to hang by the pool, kayak and maybe eat in. Golf cart was awesome to have! Thanks!!

Modern, clean setting near the beach with fun access by a golf cart makes this condo a unique place.

This was an absolute gem. The property was exactly what we expected based on pictures from the website. The resort was fantastic with lots to do. Had kids ages from 7-17 and not a complaint from any of them due to boredom. Quiet, not a lot of people. Felt like we were locals. Host was very responsive to needs. I would absolutely go with this host and property again.

We rented 3 Kawama units for an extended family Christmas vacation for 13 (with ages between 12 and 72). We rented 2 of Jarrett's units that share the same parking lot. There was adequate space to all eat together in each of these units. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boarding, and swimming in the lagoon. The golf carts made it easy to get around in the Kawama community which felt very safe for families.

Place was as advertised. Location is phenomenal as well. Publix and gas stations weren’t far. It came with a golf cart. Tons of outdoor seating both screened and unscreened. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great property to visit primarily due to location and the privateness of it all. The lagoon and private beach was perfect for our young kids bc there was no waves and the water was warm. Feeding the fish was a big hit for my kiddos as well. The house is in overall decent shape, with my only qualms being that there is no bathtub for smaller kids and the ac is really strong+loud upstairs. Nonetheless we would definitely stay here again so it's no big deal! Thank you for having us.

Clean, comfortable, good social spaces. Backs onto a pretty lagoon with ocean fishes in it.
