Great house with lots of room with huge kitchen. We enjoyed it very much.

We were in town for a family wedding. It was spacious for a large number of people, clean and cozy. We were close to the venue and able to enjoy the beach.

As a first time renting a home it was an awesome experience. Home was well equipped and very spacious for our big family. Can’t complain.

We picked this place because of the location and size of home. Very nice place in a great neighborhood with easy access to beachfront, harbor, and Redwoods. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars...only one extra roll of toilet paper for a week long stay for 11 people, no extra paper towels or napkins, one bath towel per person, and molded shower curtain. In an effort to reduce the amount of sand in the home they ask guest to wash feet off outside which is fine but the hose is located in the dirt under porch in the back of the house. May want to make that a little easier access for the guest. Overall I would stay here again. Lovely home with great possibilities.

This was a great home for our big group of people. Everyone enjoyed their rooms and the kids had plenty of room to run. We quickly made friends with the neighbor and had a blast. Jason and Carol are awesome and the communication with them is great. We are already planning on coming back and staying longer.

:Power went out on our last day making it extremely difficult to get ready to leave - nobody's fault.Washer didn't work but that didn't bother us either.. Otherwise the property was great will definitely stay here again! Thank you! Deer visits were an added bonus :)

I walked in the door and was immediately comfortable. This home is clean and very well taken care of. The owners were very accommodating and available. The location is easy to access all of Brookings. By far my best VRBO visit ever. I will return soon. Sandy

Great home with lots of room! Hot tub and jacuzzi bath tub were fantastic. Large living room and couch lends lots of space for everyone to relax and stretch out. Beds were all comfortable with nice bedding. Big backyard with mellow deer daily. Big kitchen. Nice owners and house cleaners. Close to town on a quiet street. Will be returning soon.

The house was great! It was clean, spacious with a large kitchen. We loved that we were able to park our cars in the garage, especially the day it hailed. We would stay here again!!!

I booked this home to accommodate 3 families, 5 adults, 4 children ages 6 months to 10 years for 2 nights for my daughters wedding. It was perfect, with a master suite upstairs plus 2 bedrooms and private suite downstairs. It was very spacious and felt like home. I loved how open the kitchen, dining and living area were. The decks off the dining room and master suites both upstairs and downstairs were an added bonus as well. We prepared all our meals in the large kitchen and found that it had most all we could need in the way of cooking and serving. We had photographers there doing photos as my daughter and her bridal party got ready for the wedding ceremony. The home and yard were a perfect backdrop. The large sitting area outside the upstairs master bath has a large skylight that was perfect for the brides makeup and hair styling. Jason and Caroline were wonderful hosts with excellent communication both prior to our stay and afterward. We could not have picked a better home for this special occasion.

Really enjoyed our stay. Host was great with communication. House was really clean and well stocked with all the necessities. We would definitely stay again.

The house was comfortable and accommodating. It was also quiet in the bedrooms while other people were using the house!

We had a great time staying this home. We were there for three days and had three families together for the long weekend. The home is spacious and even with all of us in the house we never felt crowded. The kitchen is large and having the double oven and the range was very helpful at mealtimes. The home is very comfortable and it lacked nothing. I recommend staying here if you are coming to Brookings. I definitely would plan the stay again!
