Clean, spacious place close to the beach. Perfect for the week/ weekend trip

This home was perfect! Lots of space that was utilized very well. Everyone had a place to sit in the living room and around the table. Tons of room in the kitchen and it was organized and had anything needed to prepare and present a meal. Very clean and beautifully furnished. Just steps away from the pool and a very short walk to the beach. Hi chair, baby gate and pack and play provided were so useful. Beach chairs and beach cart in the garage were very handy!! Garage easily parked two cars and there was extra parking for our other cars. Property appears to be maintained regularly also as everything was up to date and did not show much wear and tear. You get more than you’re paying for with this property-we felt like it was a bargain. All around a great place to stay!

Very beatiful and spacious enough for 8 adults and 3 children to all have their own space. Such a well appointed kitchen, never would have expected a crockpot. Would definately stay here again.

We brought 13 here including 2 infants under 1. There was plenty of room for everyone. The condo is beautiful. Very short walk to beach. Pool only 3 doors down from condo and perfect size

The unit was perfect for our stay. We were only 3-4 blocks away from the beach. The location was close to eating places, shopping, pontoon rentals, Crab Island, and more. We were provided with plenty of towels, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, pots & pans, but lacked in basic kitchen spices. Overall, the property was perfect for our stay of a group of 10.

We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for 2 families.

Spacious accommodations and close to the beach. There were 12 in our group including 2 young children and a baby. The property fitted our needs perfectly and we had no issues. Highly recommend.

Property was fantastic. Spacious house within walking distance of the beach. Unfortunately, the smell of cigarette smoke still lingers. Not terrible during our stay, but had to rewash all clothes once returning home.

Overall good experience, on forst night at 230 am I had to pull dead battery from chirping smoke detector and remote batteries in upstairs bedroom were dead. The living room sectional was old and dirty should be replaced. The dining room chairs also on last leg, covers don't hide bad springs, the sectional in living area had staples protruding not good with kids. This furniture needs replaced. I know this sounds bad but really overall experience was good

The shower on the top floor was a hot commodity on our stay! Everyone was very comfortable and more than enough room!

Beautiful furniture and fixtures. Very accommodating for our beach needs- Would only recommend to change out lightbulbs from bright halogens to warmer incandescent bulbs ;))

Great location short walking distance from the beach. Close to everything from beach side restaurants to shopping malls.

The home is walking distance from the beach and a nice size for a large group. The pots/pans are poor quality. Chairs and sofa are very worn; need to be replaced. Ice maker didnt work. Saw a few roaches. Toilet bowls were not thoroughly cleaned. Should probably hire a new cleaning company altogether.

Villa was wonderful and clean. Definitely will come back again.

Very easy rental/check in process. Property is very new and clean. Lots of space and not cluttered. Kitchen is well stocked for meal preparation. Beds very comfortable. Even used the garage as an office. Overall great property!

This was a really nice place and it was close to the beach. The only issue we had was that the cleanup could have been a little better..

House was great for our large family, three stories and very convenient. Very close to the beach and restaurants. House was also very clean! We will be coming back!

The house was nice , large enough for a large family. My only issue was the beds. The downstairs master bed was broken. My husband laid in a dip the whole time. None of the beds were comfortable . The bedding was not washed either before we got there. There was makeup stains, dirt/mud stains.

We had a group of 14. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. It's a walk to the beach, but very doable. We walked to the beach with 8 adults and 6 kids (3 to 5yo). It's even easier if you have an extra wagon to pull them in. (recommendation: if you can afford it, rent a golf cart for your trip, you're allowed to drive them on the roads around the beach). The 3rd floor AC was out when we arrived, but maintenance was very responsive and had it fixed the very next morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great clean.. Air conditioning not so great..

About us: 10 people total (6 adults, 3 teens, 1 child). There was enough space for us, I think a group lager than this may feel crowded, specially sleeping arrangements. About the location: Perfect! A 5-10 min walk to the beach. Although it was cold during our stay to actually go into the ocean, the beach itself is gorgeous. The scenic route offers an amazing sidewalk for runners or if you prefer to just stroll down, taking in the beautiful landscape and looking at the beautiful properties. About the house: Located on a condo ground. Pool was small for the number of houses. I’d imagine that during the Summer it’d be close to impossible to enjoy it. The teens and the child in our group did go in a few times, while it was still heated. The listing on VRBO stated the pool was supposed to be heated from Oct-Mar, however, on Jan 1, the heater was shut off and we were told that condo management would not turn it back on for the remainder of the season. We left early for that reason (we were offered a refund by Love Rentals). The house is beautiful, no doubt. Spacious, high ceilings, each floor has its own thermostat. If you ara a clean freak (like me), you will find it to be very dirty. There were crumbs on the rugs, you could tell that it had not been vacuumed or dusted in a while. There were enough plates and glasses but utensils were scarce. The pots and pans are horrible! We planned to cook during our whole stay (and we did) but it was a nightmare. Management should really invest on a new set for the house. Parking at the property can get a little tight as some renters park their cars across from the driveways, making it tricky to maneuver a larger vehicle (such as a full size SUV or truck). We had an issue with one toilet which was taken care of the same day. One of the washers broke down and they offered to send in a technician the very next day, but we declined and ask that they took care of that after we left, since we had another machine to use. They respected our request. I would definitely stay with Love Rentals again knowing the shortcomings of their rentals and preparing for them. I still strongly recommend asking all the questions you may have about the house/condo. The pool not being heated as we were expecting it to be was a major let down for us.
