House floor plan was great ! One Bedroom on main floor, screened in porch and everything you would need in the kitchen. Would definitely love to go here again.

The location is lovely, quiet and wooded. I expected the property to be more updated. Old furniture, dusty with a lot of chuchkies. Not whole house air; 2 wall units in whole house. Beds were uncomfortable and bedding cheap. Primary complaint is that this is a private lake. One could not "walk to the lake from cottage." Public access was several miles away.

We stayed here for a final summer getaway before our kids go back to college. The house was cozy and perfect for fun family times. The screened porch was great and our dogs loved watching the many deer. Jennifer was a super responsive host and quick to respond to any questions. It was a great way to end the summer!

Had a very enjoyable vacation. Some issues regarding listing and what was available. House was clean overall, screened in porch could have been a bit cleaner however we do realize that is outdoor.

Apt name for the property. Perfect for four adults-great screened porch was the hit of the week. Nice big deck with plenty of seating that backed up to the woods-very quiet and relaxing. Short drive to marina ( rented a pontoon boat) and east drive to public beach in lake. Everything you could need in the kitchen, plus a washer and dryer. And Jennifer couldn’t have been any more helpful or accommodating. Highly recommended.

A peaceful getaway with a great back deck less than half a mile from the lake. Enough space between neighbors houses where you don't feel on top of each other. Highly recommend.

We had a family of six (all adults) and a dog stay at the house. We were all very comfortable. The owner was super responsive to any questions we had. Loved the screened porch and outside deck.We had a long weekend of fishing, boating, hiking, golfing, zoo and Gray Towers Museum and Gardens.Great family getaway. Will definitely book again.

Our group had a boat rental at the Pine Crest Marina so this was an easy distances to it. I would not fully recommend walking since the main road is bendy. The place was just spacious enough for the group especially with the different dining area options!

Tried something a little different this year with the family vacation - we brought the dog. Unplugged the cell phones, no TV, no newspapers, etc. The house was awesome - great deck and screened in porch. Close to Lake Wallenpaupack - a ton of fun things to do for the entire family.

Great place to spend quality times with family and friends. Only thing could be improved the outside grill which was not that clean. The gas was not coming in a full flow. Otherwise nice place

Came as a guys trip. We did some grilling on the provided grill (which was stocked with a full propane tank), there is ample deck space to hang out on while grilling. We also made use of the fire pit right off the deck which was great to sit around at in the evening. The place was as advertised, clean, and well stocked with whatever we needed. Check-in was easy enough, with a number-pad lock in which we got the unlock code for before the day of. Everything went smoothly and as expected! I am not sure that I will be staying in this area again, but if I were this would be a great choice to come back to.

We stayed at this beautiful home in March to celebrate a special birthday with the family and my dog. The house is well equipped with everything that you need. It is set up so well, a bedroom on the first floor with its own bath for mom and two great sized bedrooms upstairs. We really loved the cozy living room where the dining area is close by to spread out the family, but yet we were all in on the same conversation. We did not use the screened in porch because of the very cold weather but it offers such a breath taking view, we really would like to return in the warmer weather and take advantage of being outside minus the bugs.. The house was very, very clean and nice and warm throughout our stay in March. Jennifer was awesome. She answered all of questions and was extremely accommodating with all of our needs. We could not ask for a better host! This mini getaway was a wonderful memory that we will always hold. We talked, we laughed, and made such wonderful memories in this warm, clean, and beautiful home. We all highly recommend it!!!

Jennifer was excellent and made the trip extremely easy for us. She emailed a list of things to do in the area about a month prior our trip which made it easy for us to book golf and a boat for the lake. She checked in with me a couple days prior to our arrival and on the day of our arrival. The large deck and patio made it easy for us to socialize outside. We played played golf at Paupack Hills Golf Course only a couple miles away. And rented a boat at Pocono Action Sports which included lunch on the lake at The Boat House. Finally, we took a trip to Skirmish USA for some paintball. The weather was great on our trip from 8-2 to 8-5.

The house was great! Jennifer was so nice and accommodating any issues all you have to do is text her and they're right there to help you with any issues. We enjoyed it all, the deck, the view and most of all wild life. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We jet ski, kayak and even rented a pontoon. The lake is breathtaking. You have to try it all. The people in town we're very friendly and courteous. I would definitely come again and recommend my friends to go. Thank you for the Memories.

We stayed at this property for a surprise weekend away for my husband's 30th along with another couple and our 7 month old daughter, 6/28-7/1. The house was in wonderful condition and felt extremely comfortable - we are so glad we chose this location and completely do it again! The temps were in the 90s all weekend long so we stayed inside for most of the time playing cards and games, and was thankful for the AC to keep us all nice and cool! We brought most of our food so enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen where all items were labeled clearly and stocked! It was so great that we didn't need to worry about the small cooking ingredients! The large deck was wonderful to socialize as well as use for my daughter's small inflatable pool. We were able to keep it in the shade while we enjoyed catching some sun rays. We played corn hole and relaxed on the lounge chairs until it got too hot. The screened in porch was utilized every night as it cooled down to eat dinner and hang out until late in the evening. This was probably the best location on the property! Jennifer was wonderful and checked in with us prior to our stay, during to make sure everything was OK, and afterwards as well. We appreciated the time she took to make sure we were comfortable and that there were no issues. With her messaging she made check in and check out super easy! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay!
