im staying at room B-5-7. the view from the balcony is really pretty and calming. wake up to see the sunset there😍. you can see the whole beach from the balcony. got many rooms and beds, suitable for big family. got netflix, nice kitchen with fridge, microwave and rice cooker. the owner of the house is comfortable to interact. they provide towels, shampoo, and iron. the house is near to the beach and swimming pool. swimming pool has a lot of people tho but i understand that and its fine since there's whole beach there.

the water from aircond is leaking. like so many waters dripping, especially at the room with bunk bed. need to take the dust bin in the house so we can collect all the dripping water. the floor is wet due to the water. i think thats the only problem in the house. and the surrounding can be quite creepy at night since its so dark at the hallway. only got 2 small lifts, but its okay.

House was seaview, hiclean & comfortable, got shower, hair dryer, fridge, WiFi & other facilities.

House was near main road, cannot sleep well because can hear the sound of car & motorcycle.

We likes the pool which has depth of 9m... and of course the sea which was right beside the pool. Besides that, the hotel is located in a strategic place..

The bathroom was smelly and the WiFi was too slow. The bed is kind off all and it's time to change it.

The environment

I have always been to Regency. For me PD = Regency, since a child. This particular stay, I booked through Booking.com. Patrick was really helpful from the start. Communicative and prompt response. I approximate that a lot. Stay wise was clean and well maintained. Spacious for a family of 4 of us. Ps : I love Tanjung Tuan Beach all the time in PD.

I didn't use the kitchen much hence no comment on it, but my sister said the cutleries seems to be not cleaned up well. Smtg to look at but hey, otherwise, this is one of the best stay ever. I don't use cutleries in outside stay and usually bring on own. So no issue from my side :) would love to repeat the stay again in future.

The bathroom really needs maintenance it's leaking..and the beddings need to wash,or at least change to freshly wash sheets,and the sofa cover to is so dirty now..think needs to wash too..

The private beach was very clean. The view from the balcony was magnificent. Eateries are plentiful in the nearby area

The WiFi in the room was quite poor, kept losing connection every few minutes

The place was spacious and clean. Loved the view! However it could do with better WIFI connection. Hardly could connect and the line was pretty bad at the location. Please upgrade it and it's a perfect place.

the electric was trip at night. sliding door stuck need effort to pull. elevator only one is function. ceiling at bedroom have a dark spot need to fix it. corridors at night a bit creepy cause the lamp flashing. need to fix it. the building is old.
