My family stayed here for our first time Gulf Shores. We loved the condo as it was a perfect location, right on the beach and close enough to walk to activities for the kids. The fact that it was a smaller complex allowed the kids to head down to the pool while we were still getting beach items ready. Would love to stay here again!

The property was exactly as described and the host was gracious and answered calls quickly. We only needed help finding the parking pass. It was a great stay and I 100% recommended booking!

This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we really enjoyed it! Perfect location, walkable area. Easy access to the beach. We met so many nice people staying at our complex, some were regulars. Only complaints were that the king bed in the master bedroom was super firm and I do wish there had been a washer/dryer in the condo instead of having to pay to wash clothes in the shared laundry room down the hall. With little kids you go through clothes and towels quick!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The balcony view is incredible. The beachfront is amazing and it does not get overcrowded like both public areas. We decided it was the best beach around. The condo is just the right size and was clean. And it was quiet for the most part since we stayed in May. The pool area is clean and comfortable. I wish you could see the Gulf from the pool but its a short walk and balcony makes up for that. We really enjoyed this property. The hosts are very quick to respond to any questions as well. Very much appreciated. Our only wish for this property is second bedroom have a queen instead of 2 singles. Or a full and a twin. But it still worked for 3 adults. Side note even if you are a music lover, and we are, my advice would be to steer well away from the yearly Hangout Music Festival. The area was way over crowded and the streets in that area are blocked off, we had a heck of a time figuring out how to get into the parking lot. And there are people running around in next to nothing which is not appropriate for small children to see. And it is very loud until about midnight after the fireworks show which feels like its right outside the condo. We were happy we had arrived on the last night of that then pure bliss the rest of the time.

This condo is perfect if you want to go to Hangout Fest. Perfect location! Private fireworks show on the balcony every night. Great size. Great owners.

We had a blast! The view from the condo was exactly what we hoped for, The water was beautiful and clear and the sand was super soft. There were many walkable restaurants and shops and the people were all very friendly. Great place to stay!

We go to Gulf Shores a couple times a year. We have always stayed in the high rise buildings. Gave this unit a try. Absolutely loved it. Matter of fact, we may try to stay every time it is available. Short walk to the beach and balcony faces the beach.

Had a dream vacation with my mom it’s the first trip she has been on since dad passed and she was diagnosed with dementia! She had a wonderful time at the beach and she loved the condo. The owners were so sweet and a delightful to deal with. Can’t wait to visit again and stay at their place!

Great location within walking distance to restaurants/shopping and great view of the beach from the balcony. Plenty of room for our family of 4.

Let me start by saying you will not find a better location on the Gulf Shores strip. Literally steps from the beach. Close enough to walk to some amazing restaurants. Far enough away from the big crowds to relax. Again location is amazing. The condo itself is a little dated and the primary bed wasn’t the most comfortable (had a hump in the middle). Easily overlooked with all the positives here. The family had a great time thank you for the hospitality.

Wonderful location with everything you need

This condo was exactly as described and pictured. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The owners were awesome with communication and helping us through some technical issues that were our issues, not theirs. The condo was very comfortable and clean. We look forward to renting it again.

Southern Sands is a great place to vacation. Jane and Susie were fantastic to deal, text and talk too! It's been over 25 years since me and my family have stayed at Southern Sands and it felt so good to be back and making memories again!! I’m hoping to stay there again next year!

We loved our stay. Me, my husband, my adult daughters and my son in law spent 3 nights here. Great view from balcony and plenty of room for 5 adults. Also easy checkin and great communication with owners.

This location is great. Walk right out to the beach from the condo. The unit itself could use some updates and some attention to detail with the cleaning. It was acceptable but not perfectly clean. The pool definitely has seen better days. We swam but the edges are rough and the concrete is cracking and chipping. There are no lights for night swimming like the pools next door. The balcony view is fantastic for dolphin watching. Take extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher pods for a family.

We always enjoy staying there. It’s perfect for us, close to the beach and accessible to walk to all kinds of things. However, the sisters who own this property is Awsome to deal with😊 Very reasonable to stay right in the beach and all your needs met at the same time. It’s not swanky but very comfortable. That’s what’s important to me.

You can't find a better location. Beachfront on a soft, sandy beach. We had some wifi and cable issues due to the intense storms, and the owner was quick to respond and act. 2 washers and 2 dryers on the floor for 6 units. Never was a wait to use. Charcoal grills available. Beautiful view from the deck. We saw dolphins every day.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to souvenir shops and the Hangout. The rental had all the kitchen supplies we needed to cook a couple meals for our family. I’ve already recommended to family!

Overall, this was a great property. The location was amazing. Right on the beach with easy walks to restaurants and shops. My one piece of advice would be to monitor your cleaners better. I was a little disappointed by the lack of cleanliness overall. So much dust and grime in certain areas.

We stayed with a 4 year old and 1 year old and had a wonderful time. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Good location, just a 5 minute walk to the Hangout.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The furniture was comfortable and cozy and we had a beautiful view from the balcony. We appreciated being in a smaller building with less noise and a pool that was never crowded. We’re already talking about when we can stay again❣️

Just a few quick things to note: 1. The location is PERFECT! you are close enough to shopping and entertainment without being surrounded by stores. HOWEVER, if you go in May, make sure you see when the Hangout has its big annual concert. The noise was nonstop for the first two days we were there. The attire was not family-friendly either. Not the property owner's problem, just something to be aware of when booking. 2. The Master bedroom is not directly connected to the bathroom. 3. The appliances and all furniture were great. Note that the bed in the master bedroom is FIRM! Firmest mattress I have ever slept on. It's name-brand and relatively new...it's just crazy firm. 4. The view is beautiful!

Can’t beat the location. It was perfect proximity to beach and local restaurants. Property managers were quick to respond to our questions. There isn’t much to report as issues, and we only have improvement recommendations, which would be new bath towels, add a headboard to the kind bed, and offer a few dish washer pods.

This is a perfect two bedroom condo, with orivate balconi right on the beach. Walking distance to everything! You can walk to shops, restaurants, and bars. Cant wait to book again!
